What I’m about to say is probably very relatable for any right-of-center millennial/Gen Z who took AP classes and/or did well in school growing up. This is nothing new. I look at @SenatorSlotkin and see every single social studies teacher/professor that I had from Middle School through college. I don’t think there was a day that I did not have someone who looked and sounded like her telling me that I was wrong/immoral for being a conservative. They legitimately despise people who voice an opinion that does not fit their fragile worldview. It is not shocking to me that she would be the type who wants to suppress and punish young conservatives for pursing a career in public service/politics/diplomacy etc…she sees it as a threat and wants to kill those who disagree with her, in the cradle. Sick behavior, but not surprising at all.
ON UCHICAGO CAMPUS: U.S. Senator from Michigan Elissa Slotkin hopes planned political prosecutions of republican leaders will scare young conservatives from getting involved in politics. @ElissaSlotkin

Herein lies my issue with the left. Wishing destruction of property, violence, and lawlessness on fellow Americans. You disgust me.
I do wish No Kings was a bit more French

Looking past the assertion that you somehow speak for all Europeans…it is amusing that you believe any American gives a damn what you think
I don’t think that MAGA Americans quite understand just how sick and tired of their bullshit we Europeans actually are.

It's October 7, and on seethemoney.az.gov there is ... nothing ... to ... see. I mean, nothing. IEs in Arizona are required to do 7-day reporting and there is a TON of spending flying around - just turn on TV or open your mailbox - but the public, candidates and the press have no way of knowing any of it. I'm old enough to remember when this was called "dark money." cc: The Fourth Estate ... or anyone? Anyone?

Jon Kyl devoted his life to serving our state and our country with integrity, conviction, and a deep commitment to conservatism. His leadership and tireless work left a lasting mark on Arizona and the nation. IAP extends our deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.

Arizona lost a giant today. For nearly three decades, Senator Jon Kyl served our state with distinction and helped shape Arizona into what it is today. But his legacy extends far beyond the years he spent in public office. I credit Senator Kyl with first encouraging me to pursue a career in and around politics after I had the opportunity to speak with him following one of my classes at ASU. That willingness to invest his time in others never changed—he was always generous with his counsel and committed to mentoring the next generation of people who wanted to serve and make a difference. His impact on Arizona—and on so many of us fortunate enough to learn from him—will be felt for generations. Rest in peace, Senator.

Did you tell them about the three times you vetoed it before getting shoved in a locker by the legislature?
Stopped by Linger Longer Lounge to grab a beer and chat with bartenders about no tax on tips. This year, we ended taxes on tips to support hard-working Arizonans and put more money back in your pocket. Cheers to no tax on tips! 🍻

This is why nobody trusts you or your outlet. Arizona school districts spent $13.4 BILLION last year. But $719 million “flowed” to private schools? Interesting choice of verbs. The money didn’t “flow” there. Families directed it to schools they chose. That distinction is the entire point of an ESA.

Furious that they botched their sigs for the 2nd time in 2 cycles? Tracks.
The court battle is over, and Prop 212 (the @ProtectEdAct) doesn't have enough signatures to qualify for the ballot. "Today, we acknowledge a difficult reality: the Protect Education Act will not qualify for the November ballot, and we are furious," the campaign says.

We are thrilled to see the courts make the correct decision here. Families should be in the drivers seat of their children’s education. The results make clear that Arizonans will not be led astray by out-of-state unions that would see AZ kids trapped in failing public schools rather than thriving in a school of their family’s choice.
Arizona’s ESA program serves more than 100,000 students, and that number will continue to grow. No child should be trapped in a failing public school. In Arizona, We TRUST parents—not government unions—to make the best decisions for their children. Thank you to the @GoldwaterInst for leading the charge alongside @ClarkRimsza @AZlovesESAs and @azfec to protect parents’ rights to choose the best education for their children.
