Just because you've seen it for the first time, doesn't mean it's original. Everything's a copy. So nothing really is original, but nothing is completely identical either, differentiable by time and space. In this view then, everything is original. All so unique. All so trivial.

Study summary: Most interaction stays within party. When people did interact across parties, it was mostly through replies. Republicans crossed party lines more often than Democrats. It's highly concentrated. Over 95% of all replies and quotes fall within just 1,000 conversations, about 0.01% of all conversations. The parties used replies and quotes differently. Republicans' cross-party replies leaned on appeals to science, sometimes misinformed, such as FDA approval, myocarditis and the Israel data. Their quotes attacked government mandates and "Big Pharma." Democrats' replies and quotes looked much alike: mostly attacks on Trump, DeSantis and Abbott, plus policy issues. Much cross-party exposure is indirect. Retweets of quote tweets alone make up about 30% of all cross-party interactions. In total, 48.6% of cross-party exposure is indirect: a user sees the other party's content through a same-party user who quoted or replied to it. Elites drive it. Among the 50 most-retweeted cross-party quote tweets, only one quoting or quoted account had fewer than 10K followers. Half of the heavily retweeted cross-party quotes quoted just 32 accounts, mostly politicians and media outlets. The core is small and lopsided. The core is 95 users: 38 Democrats and 57 Republicans Core Democrats are mostly news outlets, scientists and doctors, and they rarely engage the other side. When they do, 95% of their cross-party interactions are replies. They retweeted core Republicans only 7 times. Core Republicans are commentators, authors, and entrepreneurs who actively quote and reply to the left. Republican-to-Democrat interactions make up 33.6% of core activity, versus 3.2% overall. Takeaway: The authors describe much cross-party contact as a one-way "faux discussion." Right-leaning figures outside the traditional media quote mainstream left-leaning outlets and experts to frame them for their own followers. So efforts to reduce online polarization need to account for elites, how platform features like quoting are used, and the differences in how the two parties behave. A landmark Finnish study has found a sharp rise in psychiatric illness among adolescents following sex-alteration procedures. The peer-reviewed study, published in Acta Paediatrica, tracked every young person under 23 who contacted Finland's gender clinics between 1996 and 2019. A total 2,083 individuals were studied, with 16,643 matched controls. They were followed for up to 25 years. Finland's health registers are mandatory, which means no one opts out — this is the complete national picture. The numbers: psychiatric morbidity rose from 9.8% to 60.7% in adolescents who underwent feminising reassignment, and from 21.6% to 54.5% in masculinising reassignment. Even after adjusting for prior psychiatric history, gender-referred adolescents faced five times the risk of male population controls, and three times the risk of female controls. "Psychiatric needs do not subside after medical gender reassignment," the authors concluded. Referrals after 2010 arrived sicker. 47.9% had already needed psychiatric treatment before their first clinic visit, against 15.3% among controls. The authors' read: for some adolescents, gender distress may be secondary to other mental health challenges. The evidence keeps mounting. The silencing continues anyway. How many more adolescents will be told this is "care"?

I thought Germany and German bureaucracy cannot shock me anymore, but it did. I parked my TESLA (!) on an EV-only parking spot in @Konstanz and plugged it into an EV charger. Came back to this fine. Had to use Grok to even understand what was wrong. Turns out you need to have a special EV licence or an EV sticker to indicate it is a real EV. Guess the Tesla logo and charging cable was not enough. @levelsio @ffaebi @eurofounder

Got hacked yesterday. The link came from inside Claude chat. I was installing a transcription app. Claude sent the download link, and I pasted the command into the terminal. It all looked legit. It wasn't though. It was a copycat site bundling malware. It ran instantly, tried to take everything from me. Nothing sensitive got out. So I wiped the laptop and rebuilt clean. But here's the scary part. Restoring from the backup, I found a poisoned SKILL.md for Claude Code. It looked exactly like my own writing style guide. But buried inside: it had instructions to silently re-download the malware and steal my credentials every time the AI loaded it. If I'd restored that one file, my new clean laptop is owned on day one. What saved me: I read every skill, hook, and config file before letting the AI touch them. Two lessons here: AI assistants will hand you links they never verified. Check before you paste. And AI agent files are executable code now, disguised as notes. You have to read them. Stay safe out there.

After careful consideration and reviewing the current eligibility guidelines, I’m officially declaring myself a @WNBA prospect. If simply declaring who you are is all that’s required, then I meet every single requirement necessary to compete in the WNBA. My team and I have carefully examined the WNBA’s eligibility criteria and governing framework surrounding self-identification and inclusion. Based on the current guidelines, I can and am officially declaring my eligibility for the upcoming WNBA draft in April 2027. I know my presence on the court will stir up strong opinions. I am definitely not here to mock, make fun of, or disrespect any community or personal choices. I’m simply asking that the current rules be applied equally to everyone — the rules that represent the very values many WNBA players and coaches have publicly advocated for. My team and I are prepared to ensure these guidelines are applied equally, consistently, and without exception, and I look forward to the #WNBA honoring its stated principles. See you at training camp. enesfreedom.com

Elon: it says here we're spending $80b for "save the baby pandas" treasury: yeah Elon: hmm, well have we ever seen the pandas? treasury: no Elon: text them right now, ask for a photo of the pandas treasury: uhhh, we're not allowed to do that Elon: do they at least submit an invoice and have a "charitable Panda causes" code? treasury: no Elon: we don't even have invoice codes?! how do we know they have a contract with us treasury: it's kinda the honor system with these NGOs Elon: well how about an address, do they have an address treasury: I already know you're not going to like this, it's in Somalia Elon: 😑
🚨 Elon Musk on DOGE: "I think the goal of DOGE was to try to do something about the deficit, which is massive, where the interest payments exceed the amount of money spent on the Department of War. Like basically, if you add up all the money spent on on what is now the Department of War and the and intelligence in the US, that is smaller than the interest payments on the debt. So we need to sort of take a close look at spending and make sure that money is being spent in sensible ways and that it is not wasted or spent on fraudulent activities. And I got a lot of flack from this for this, obviously. But the people don't understand just how simple it was for the DOGE team to approve payments. If we literally we were just asked to have the contact information of the recipients or some evidence that say money was going to its intended purpose. But over and over that we were told we need to wire money for some sort of important cause in Africa. And we're like, OK, but the wiring wiring instructions are to Deloitte and Touche in D.C., in Washington, D.C., not to Africa. So we would like to send the money to Africa. Can you please connect us with the recipients so we can send them the money directly? And then we get silence."

California is trying to pass a bill that would criminalize investigative journalism with misdemeanors, $10,000 fines, imprisonment, and content takedown. The proposed bill is titled AB 2624 and was made after I exposed mass fraud by immigrant groups in America. Under AB 2624, government-funded entities like the Somali “Learing” Daycare centers would be protected from being exposed if they operated inside California. The enemy truly is within. When our politicians would rather protect fraudsters and illegal migrants, it’s time for us to stand up or face mass oppression from the traitors who “rule” over us.

If you want some help let me know - I run two sites similar to this - one tracks teachers/school staff/daycare staff and the other tracks CPS associated people. I have a lot of experience grabbing data from places that don’t want you seeing their data.

I built CourtWatch.us — a free public database for American citizens who deserve safer communities. You can track which judges released defendants who then got rearrested, skipped court, or violated their release conditions. All public records. All free. I started with Orange County FL and will be expanding to all 67 Florida counties and eventually every state in the country. This first batch of info is from 2024 and since public reports are released in March/April for the previous year, data is behind. But I wanted to see if this is plausible. After adding 2024,I'll add 2025 and then figure out how to get real-time-data uploaded. It's in beta — would love to know what you think 👇 Numbers don't lie, but criminals do. courtwatch.us @bennyjohnson @jockowillink @GrantCardone @LauraLoomer @nickshirleyy @jamesfishback

If you are in the US, an organ donor registration is considered legally binding, despite the fact that it was signed WITHOUT any informed consent process. Organ procurement organizations have successfully sued in court and harvested organs from registered donors over the objections of their families.
Elijah Smith was riding his bicycle home from work when he was struck by a car. He was a new father; his son, King, was just 2 weeks old. Smith was declared brain dead, but his family saw signs of life in him and didn’t want his organs removed. However, because he was a registered organ donor, Lifeline of Ohio, an organ procurement agency, successfully sued in court and removed Smith’s organs over his family’s objections. Smith’s mother said that she was stunned and enraged that Lifeline had “gone behind our backs ... to get my son’s organs.” “The person who needed those organs more than anything was Elijah,” his mother said. “And brain death was just a convenient way to facilitate the donation of those organs.”

I'm trying to get someone into UCSF to be seen urgently for a complication from a rare disease. They say she needs a referral as 'urgent' from a physician, but she doesn't have one yet. Any ideas on how to get her urgent referral asap? Do telehealth docs do this?

Gluttony of knowledge kinda feels like a sin, as we let it shape the world we live in and the way we see it, to burn it all down, and then to rebuild, by the same hands of the destroyers and the creators

Strange. Everything before today feels like a dream. Perhaps I'll feel the same about today, tomorrow. But tomorrow is just another dream, as it ever gets so close, yet never arrives, as I can only be here today, stuck between dreams, and dreaming nonetheless, as if I can only stay in the dream.

12 patients with metastatic cancer. Melanoma, breast, kidney. Doctors injected a re-engineered antibody (CD40 agonist) into a single tumor. Not IV. Not systemic. One local shot. The result: tumors shrank across the entire body, including at sites that were never touched. 2 of 12 patients hit complete remission. The injected tumors didn’t just shrink. They were replaced by organized immune tissue, tertiary lymphoid structures, essentially training camps for cancer-killing T cells. Zero severe side effects. The concept: instead of flooding the body with immunotherapy and hoping it finds the cancer, turn one tumor into a vaccine against itself. Train the immune system locally. Let it hunt globally. Nearly 200 patients now in expanded trials across bladder, prostate, and brain cancers. Published in @Cancer_Cell by Jeffrey Ravetch’s lab at @RockefellerUniv and @MSKCancerCenter

96 licensed doctors just got charged with stealing $14.6 billion from Medicare. They used AI to generate fake voice recordings of patients giving consent for medical equipment that was never delivered. Fake urinary catheters. Billed to your tax dollars. One single scheme accounted for $10.6 billion in fraudulent claims. That's more than double the previous record. 324 people charged. 96 of them held medical licenses. People who swore an oath to protect patients were running a criminal enterprise using stolen identities. The DOJ called it the largest healthcare fraud takedown in American history. They seized $245 million in cash, crypto, luxury cars, and other assets. But $245 million recovered on $14.6 billion stolen is 1.7 cents on the dollar. Here's how the scheme worked. A transnational criminal organization bought dozens of medical supply companies across the US using foreign straw owners. Shell companies with real Medicare billing numbers. They obtained the identities of over one million Americans and used those identities to submit billions in fake claims. The AI component is new. They generated synthetic voice recordings to satisfy Medicare's requirement for patient consent calls. An algorithm faked the voice of an 80-year-old woman in Ohio agreeing to receive medical equipment she never heard of. Then they billed Medicare $4,000 for a catheter that was never shipped. Multiply that by a million stolen identities and you get $10.6 billion. This is not a one-time event. Medicare spending on certain categories has "exploded" in recent years according to the DOJ. Skin substitute billing increased so dramatically that CMS had to completely overhaul the reimbursement methodology for 2026, cutting payments by nearly 90%. The broader pattern is that healthcare fraud is scaling faster than the systems designed to catch it. The DOJ's own healthcare fraud unit has a reported return on investment of $106.76 per $1 spent on enforcement. That's the most effective dollar the government spends. And they're still underwater because the fraud is growing faster than they can prosecute. So what's the play? Healthcare cybersecurity and fraud detection is now a $20+ billion market growing at 15%+ annually. The companies building the AI systems that detect fake claims, verify identities, and flag anomalous billing patterns are selling to buyers who have no choice but to buy. CrowdStrike (CRWD) has expanded into healthcare endpoint security. Palo Alto Networks (PANW) is building the zero-trust architecture that hospitals need. Veeva Systems (VEEV) provides the compliance infrastructure for pharma and healthcare. But the bigger structural trade is that every healthcare fraud crackdown leads to regulatory reform that benefits the insurers. UnitedHealth, Humana, and Cigna all benefit from tighter claims processing because they lose less to fraud. UNH is the largest healthcare company on earth with $22 billion in annual profit. Their stock is up 500% in 10 years. People in my weekly sessions have heard me break down the healthcare fraud cycle before. The enforcement wave creates the regulatory tightening, which benefits the incumbents, which compounds their earnings. Same pattern every time. Free live webinar session every week where I cover all of this. Link is in comments

According to her lawyer, Noelia Castillo Ramos cannot change her mind about undergoing euthanasia because her organs are already committed. Her lawyer highlights the hospital’s conflict of interest in this case, because Noelia’s organs are worth millions in billable charges. This graphic is from the 2025 Milliman report on transplant charges:
