In 2024, 56% of revenue for CfD funded offshore wind farms came from subsidy. On average £86/MWh. Without subsidies these monstrosities would not exist.

Petition: End the mandatory fortification of white flour with folic acid immediately We call on the Government to stop the fortification of flour with synthetic folic acid. Folic acid is a medicine not a food. We believe it is unethical to mass medicate the entire population without their knowledge or consent in the hope that a minority group of people might see a benefit. 78,000 HAVE SIGNED. 100,000 NEEDED BY DECEMBER petition.parliament.uk/petit…

This is why marching tomorrow is evil.
This is Hadar & Itai Berdichevsky, 30, with their beautiful twins. On Oct 7, 2023, Hadar & Itai were murdered by Hamas terrorists, who stormed their home in Kfar Aza, as they heroically tried to protect their 10-month-old babies. The children miraculously survived alone in the house for over 12 hours before being rescued by a Golani battalion, where Itai had served as a company commander. These children will now have to grow up without their parents, but will always know their love and heroism. May Hadar and Itai's memories be a blessing.

For an example of UK net zero lunacy, take this new case. For the Lower Thames Crossing construction, National Highways has decided that the road is to be the “greenest road ever built” and has mandated that no diesel vehicles are to be used. As a former construction manager, I can state that sourcing non-diesel heavy equipment is going to push costs up massively. This project looks like it will go the way of HS2. nationalhighways.co.uk/roads…

Excellent news, taxpayers.... The Government managed to rake in £4.1 BILLION MORE in VAT and fuel duty between April and August. They’ll be thrilled that fuel tax will keep growing if the wars continue and their Net Zero policies keep energy costs up.... Its just a little top up for Burnham, so he can say the economy is growing 🤡

What a great service they enjoy.
Our nation is being invaded. Our young talent and our job creators are leaving. Our allies are now fleeing. Our energy prices are soaring. Our prisons and courts are a mess. Our dignity is being stripped away. Our social contract has been torn apart. Our history and culture are increasingly undermined. But our resolve must still remain. This may be a broken Britain. But it’s a broken Britain we can fix. Indeed we must fix it. But our time is running out. We don’t have the luxury to be divided. We owe it to those who came before us and who gave their lives for this great country. We must come together, under one leadership and one banner and speak with one voice, loudly and united: Britain is broken. Britain needs Reform.

There are more 'voters' on route, illegally to Portsmouth today. We're mobilising locally to show our discontent and go protest peacefully. This is getting ridiculous. Please share so that all south coast Patriots can have attend if possible. Gosport near Portsmouth, Haslar Road.

Ignorant left-wing, economically illiterate trolls enjoy criticising @afneil on 𝕏. But in reality, he has a lifetime of experience as a political & economic commentator. So when he highlights the failures of Tory, Labour and LibDem politicians this century, they should listen. The green agenda threatens our stability ... to NO ADVANTAGE. newspaper.mailplus.co.uk/dat…

The University of East Anglia now concedes urban warming is substantial. Cities warm faster than the countryside. Concrete, asphalt, lost vegetation all trap heat. Researchers modelled 104 tropical and subtropical cities. In 81% of cases, cities warmed faster than surrounding rural areas. On average, cities added about half a degree C on top of the regional trend. The authors admit climate models underestimate this amplification. This is the University of East Anglia's climate unit saying this, who were key players in the 2009 ClimateGate emails. If urban areas systematically add nearly half a degree, then separating land use change from background climate change is not minor. It is central to the global warming narrative.

The data tells us that UK energy consumption is plummeting and as a result the economy is going to hell in a handcart.
UK energy mix state of play: ✅ Record wind generation ✅ Renewables producing over 1/2 UK electricity ⬇️ Falling gas demand for power generation 📉 Declining North Sea oil & gas output What does the data tell us? 🧵 👇

Why are they so desperate to make the 🏝️Chagos deal, at any cost? Who benefits from the deal? Mauritius gets £billions from the UK leasing Diego Garcia. Mauritius hopes to earn far more by mining the mineral resources on the seabed of the France-sized Chagos marine zone. The British lawyers 👨‍⚖️ who worked on Project Chagos got £millions and could make many £millions more if the deal goes through. 🇨🇳China, 🇮🇳India, and others could benefit massively from fishing the currently protected marine zone, and mining the rare earth elements REEs and minerals thought to be worth trillions on the Chagos Archipelago's seabed. China and India will significantly increase their military and commercial leverage in a region vital to Western Security. The deal is being sold as securing the strategically important joint UK/US 🪖military base on Diego Garcia. The deal does🚨NOT secure the base. It does the opposite. The deal operationally hobbles the base, and increases the dangers to the British and American military personnel, and the civilians who work there, and in the wider Central Indian Ocean region. Diego Garcia's remoteness made it easy to defend in the past. This deal leaves the base horribly vulnerable to the growing threats posed by the new longer-range missiles, and more sophisticated and lethal drones. When Keir Starmer, Lord Hermer and Vijay Rangarajan, the Director General at the FCDO negotiated the deal, it was fully understood that the outer islands of the Chagos Archipelago were by far the best locations to deploy early warning, and air-defense systems, to protect the main base from missile and drone attacks. Yet, inexplicitly and recklessly they decided to only lease Diego Garcia. And¥ Burnham, the droves of civil servants in both Number 10s, and all the Labour MPs know the rotten and deceptive Chagos deal increases the dangers to the lives of the British service personnel, and our NATO allies personnel, in the strategically important Central Indian Ocean region. To double down and keep pushing the deal with that knowledge is utterly shameful. Mauritius will control the France-sized airspace above the Chagos Archipelago if the deal goes through. In April this year, Mauritius denied the Taiwanese president's plane permission to fly in its airspace enroute to Africa at China's request. Mauritius being a signatory of the African Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zone Treaty, together with several clauses in the Chagos deal, significantly limit and impact military operations on Diego Garcia. Then there's the bewildering betrayal of the Chagossian people who overwhelmingly wish their homeland to remain British. Is self-determination for the Chagossians the hidden threat to who owns the rights to the potentially vast mineral wealth in the Chagos Archipelago's seabed the reason for the desperation to make the deal with Mauritius? Have promises been made to certain countries or to other 🕵️entities with great power that can't be broken without the most serious of☠️consequences? Why are they so desperate to make the Chagos deal, at any cost, and who benefits?

👀 This chart, from the tail end of my explainer here 👇 might be about to become one of the most important issues in UK politics. How and why did the government allow its emergency stockpiles of diesel to drop to one of the lowest levels in the developed world...?

Remember scenes like this when Labour and Andy Burnham talk about their record on illegal migration. Coaches being given a major police escort after being sent to collect migrants who had crossed into Britain illegally. Look at the scale of the operation. Look at the resources being used. People can watch this footage and decide for themselves whether Labour’s immigration system is working. This is happening under Andy Burnham’s Labour government.

Unprecedented support for illegal migration from our useless government. No doubt their new ministry of information will want to suppress these kinds of posts.
