Planned to carry out attacks, including poisoning patients. Along the way, he wished a torturous death on a wounded fighter who arrived at the hospital. The ridiculous sentence he received: 27 months in prison and a fine of 15,000 ILS. On the right: Israeli hero Sa'ar Ofir. Arrived independently to the envelope area on October 7th, saved dozens of civilians and soldiers, prevented the kidnapping of fighters' bodies to the Strip, single-handedly pinned down a force of Nukhba at the Beeri junction for hours. In return, they slapped him with 12 indictments, including for "murdering a Nukhba." 11 cases were dropped for lack of guilt. One indictment remains against him for abusing a "Palestinian." We proved beyond any doubt that it was a terrorist affiliated with Hamas who posed a ticking time bomb threat. Sa'ar was held in custody for two years and months and has been under house arrest for a year and a half already. His trial is dragging on lazily, and in the next hearing, the terrorist, whose spleen is bursting with laughter, is supposed to testify against him. Anything more I add will send cops to my doorstep.

I’ve been released from IDF custody with a “warning,” apparently because of my public profile (I told them I wasn’t even a congressmember yet, just a nominee). But several dozen rabbis & participants harvesting olives with me are still in detention. For harvesting olives. They should all be released immediately. To be clear: Palestinians face far worse consequences every day. These detentions by the IDF are one more attempt to undermine Palestinians’ right to harvest their olive groves, travel on their roads, and live in their homes. Yet one more element of escalating, and very clearly state-sponsored ethnic cleansing. We’ll update on their status as soon as we hear.
