The chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, who filed arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defence Minister Yoav Gallant over Gaza, has been cleared of all wrongdoing over “sexual misconduct” allegations.
The unanimous conclusion of the panel of judges concluded that the allegations “do not establish any misconduct or breach of duty.”
Reports in August 2025 documented the scale of the intimidation campaign targeting the ICC chief prosecutor: “The campaign has involved threats and warnings directed at Karim Khan by prominent figures, close colleagues and family friends briefing against him, fears for the prosecutor’s safety prompted by a Mossad team in The Hague, and media leaks about sexual assault allegations.”
The case unfolded against the backdrop of Khan’s efforts to pursue investigations into alleged war crimes by Israeli officials in Gaza and other occupied Palestinian territories.

पदको नाम जे दिए पनि विद्या एउटा पार्टीको कार्यकर्ता हुन गएकी हुन् । कथंकदाचित राजनीतिले पुरै कोल्टे फेर्यो र उनको पार्टी सत्तामा पुग्यो भने विद्या भण्डारी कुनै मन्त्रालयको मन्त्री हुने सम्भावना पनि छ । त्यसमा कसैले आश्चार्य नमाने हुन्छ ।

Maybe because I am also a parent, maybe because I have lost a parent forever, I can’t hold myself from weeping silently watching these videos coming out from Palestine.
His son was just a newborn,and his daughter was only one year old when he was imprisoned. During his long years behind bars,he was also denied the opportunity to see his parents. Both of them passed away while he was still in prison.

The problem with @thapagk ‘s politics has always been a preference for convenience to conviction & the former guiding if/when principles are used or discarded.
Good news for the polity as a whole: Over the last two days, Gagan Thapa of Nepali Congress (संस्थापन) has consolidated his position against Sher Bdr Deuba (ईतर पक्ष). At this time of chaotic, non-transparent governance under PM Balendra Shah of RSP (where too schisms run deep), this gives the public reason to hope for sensible watchdogging. The development may also force KP Oli of UML, the other legacy party, to loosen his personal grip over the organisation and let new aspirants take over.
