Bitcoin Asia has wrapped up in Hong Kong, but the evolution of the Bitcoin ecosystem is only beginning.
USDT was originally born on Bitcoin. It later moved to other networks as scalability and cost became major constraints. Today, with the development of Bitcoin-native protocols such as RGB, stablecoins and other assets are finding a new path back to Bitcoin.
And this time, it’s about more than simply issuing assets on Bitcoin.
RGB brings assets back to Bitcoin. Lightning makes them move.
As stablecoins, native assets, and liquidity infrastructure continue to mature, DEXs, DeFi, AI Agents, and more applications can begin to take shape on top of Bitcoin.
This is becoming an increasingly clear direction for the ecosystem:Bitcoin is evolving from an asset into an economy.
From store of value, to asset issuance, to liquidity and applications, the Bitcoin-native economy is gradually filling in the missing layers.

An incredible few days at @WebX_Asia.
WebX brought together builders, founders, investors, and communities from across the global Web3 ecosystem. We had the opportunity to reconnect with old friends, meet many new ones, exchange ideas, and explore what the next stage of blockchain innovation could look like.
What stood out most was the energy of the builders who continue to move the industry forward, regardless of market cycles. Every conversation brought a new perspective and reminded us why long-term building still matters.
