Your US stock position still carries risk even after your broker closes. So I built Tesrune for the @Bitget_AI S2 Hackathon. Tesrune is a dark-hours AI trading desk for US equities. You add the stocks you're holding. While your broker is closed, Tesrune watches relevant news, SEC filings and market moves. Qwen 3.8 Max decides whether an event is material or already priced. But the AI cannot trade by itself. A deterministic mandate checks the position, caps the hedge to what you actually hold, rejects invalid proposals and requires human confirmation. Once confirmed, Tesrune can open a same-name hedge using Bitget stock perpetuals and can also choose to send you an update via Telegram. Then at 09:29 ET, before the US cash session opens, Tesrune unwinds the hedge and verifies the position is flat. We tested it with live paper trading : TSLA → material downside event → human confirms → Bitget demo fill → 09:29 unwind → verified flat. COIN → event judged already priced → NOT_MATERIAL → no hedge.
