BREAKING: Federal law enforcement sources confirm to @FoxNews that the suspect arrested for stabbing two UMass Dartmouth football players over the weekend, killing one, is a Nigerian national who had been in the U.S. illegally as a B-2 visa overstay, but was shielded from deportation by the Biden administration in 2022 when they granted his request for “deferred action” (a discretionary choice by the U.S. government to delay deportation). He then applied for deferred action again in 2025, and the Trump administration approved it and again shielded him from deportation.
Chukwunonso Uzoma David Uzoma Eze was taken into custody by police in Providence, RI after the stabbings, which happened in the parking lot of a lounge, and he is now charged with murder.

How is it legal for a member of Congress to do this?
She launched “Resistance Lab” (also called Resistance Lab trainings or Resistance trainings) as organizing sessions on nonviolent resistance tactics aimed at the Trump administration and ICE. She has described them as trainings on “the documented most effective ways to counter democratic backsliding” and “nonviolent resistance tactics.”
Sessions have included immigration-focused editions covering ICE enforcement, immigrant rights, protests, local organizing, and related actions. She has said they have trained well over 10,000 people (later figures she cited go as high as ~30,000) from all 50 states.
She has promoted this in interviews (including with Joy Reid), town halls, emails, her campaign site, and her own posts, and has hosted virtual sessions with breakout groups plus some in-person events. The program is framed as turning “anger, fear, and frustration into action” against administration policies she calls authoritarian.

Arlington’s Commonwealth’s Attorney testified that her office has a DUI policy specifically for DACA recipients. In a small number of cases, prosecutors have considered changing a DUI to a different first-degree misdemeanor so the defendant can renew DACA status. (We don’t have first-degree misdemeanors - they are called Class 1 misdemeanors - surprised an elected prosecutor doesn’t know that).
She says the defendant is still held accountable and the original DUI charge remains visible. But DACA status is a factor in the plea resolution, one that an American citizen charged with the same offense cannot invoke.

BREAKING: Democrats on the Senate Homeland Security Committee just blocked a Republican effort to offer immunity to a former Dr. Fauci assistant in exchange for her testimony. She has been accused of destroying government documents on Fauci's behalf. Only one Democrat showed up to the meeting (Sen. Hassan D-NH), the other six voted no by proxy. All eight Republicans showed up.
The resolution required a two-thirds vote to pass and it failed 8-7 along party lines.
The unnamed former Fauci assistant previously pleaded the Fifth Amendment before the committee and refused to answer any questions, hence the GOP effort to offer her immunity from prosecution in exchange for her testimony.
Republicans on the committee blasted their Democratic colleagues for not showing up, and for "having no interest in the truth."
Chairman @RandPaul (R-KY): "There's no principal reason to vote against giving her immunity, the only reason is that you don't want her to answer, and you do not want to know the truth."

🚨Fairfax County Supervisor Andres Jimenez who was clocked driving 104 mph in a 70 next to a school bus got a great deal in court.
His reckless driving criminal charge, which carried potential jail time, was reduced all the way down to an improper driving traffic infraction. Improper driving is several steps below reckless driving and carries no jail time.
For comparison, in 2014, Washington Nationals outfielder Jayson Werth was convicted of reckless driving and sentenced to 10 days in jail for driving his Porsche over 100 mph on the Capital Beltway (Source: ESPN). Fairfax County General District Court Judge Penney Azcarate said at the time that the jail sentence was appropriate given the excessive speed.

The officer tells Jimenez he clocked him driving 104 mph in a 70. Jimenez said he wasn’t paying attention, apologized, said he was on his way to work and that the board meeting started in 20 minutes.

Many of you have already seen the ballot-style image posted by Virginia Senate Majority Leader Scott Surovell and have called for election officials to look into it.
Today, I took that concern directly to the proper authorities.
The image was presented publicly with the statement, “My ballot is in the Mail!” Yet in the race for Virginia’s 8th Congressional District, it identifies the Republican candidate as “Tony A. Mizusawa” instead of Tony A. Sabio.
I have now provided the Virginia Department of Elections with the evidence and requested that they determine what this image actually is—an authentic ballot, an altered image, a digitally generated image, an unofficial sample ballot, or something else—and whether Virginia election law applies.
I’m not going to prejudge their findings. I want the facts.
And the public deserves those facts too.
This isn’t about Republican versus Democrat. When something is presented to Virginians as a ballot and contains the name of a candidate who does not exist, asking questions isn’t partisan. It’s accountability.
Thank you to everyone who brought attention to this and demanded answers.
Now help keep the public informed. Share the evidence. Ask the questions. Let Virginia election officials determine the facts.
