@CO_CDHS earned HRC’s top honor after applying for membership to HRC’s All Children All Families program and then adopting policy and processes approved by @HRC. Practices such as eliminating “Mother” and “Father” on forms and replacing them with “Parent 1” and “Parent 2.”
Gender confused children have been taught by their teachers, counselors and glitter families to use the child welfare system as a pathway to get sex rejecting interventions.
Judges have been trained that parents who aptly refuse to "transition" their children are abusive. The trainers are none other than the gender doctors and clinic workers themselves.

In conflict with the Trump administration's efforts to protect children from the harms of sex-rejecting "gender affirming care," Republican Congressman (CO) Jeff Hurd and @DrOzCMS celebrate taxpayer dollars flowing to an organization which teaches children that gender is assigned at birth and that "not all people will have a gender identity that will match their sexual anatomy."
Mountain Family Health Centers Director of Pediatrics Kendra Nagey, who believes that sex is assigned at birth and that "anybody who feels like a girl can be a girl," implemented a controversial sex ed curriculum (3Rs) from pro-'trans youth' advocacy NGO Advocates for Youth into Roaring Fork School District K-12 classrooms. The MFHC-supported curriculum includes explicit discussion of genitalia for 5-year-olds, trains children to focus on "identities" and encourages kids to become LGBTQ+ activists.
Roaring Fork School District recently received a legal notice from @ADFLegal demanding the activist curriculum be removed from all classrooms.

Colorado has been sending state employees to inspect children and their families with home visits for nearly 20 years—blurring the line between state and home.
Denver Public Schools began paying teachers to conduct home visits on students starting in 2010. The home visit program was implemented by Supt. Tom
Boasberg (brother of famed activist judge Jeb Boasberg). In 2017, DPS spent nearly 3/4 of a million paying staff to conduct home visits.
The program has since been implemented in multiple Colorado school districts, including D49, Poudre School District and Boulder Valley. BVSD home visits are “Culturally Responsive.”

The FBI initiated criminal investigations into CHC in June 2025. According to Fox News, the investigations “target providers who work at” three major hospitals, which indicate the doctors themselves may be under investigation for performing female genital mutilation via surgical or chemical (wrong sex hormone therapy) mutilation.

The Justice Department announced that NYU Langone and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center had joined four other major hospitals in reaching such settlements, to the dismay of trans activists.
Two additional major hospitals today reached settlements with the Department of Justice to keep their pediatric gender clinics shuttered. This development amounts to more victories for the Trump administration as it wages a whole-of-government campaign to destroy what remains of the beleaguered field of pediatric gender medicine.
Facing accusations of potential violations of federal law, University of Pittsburgh Medical Center—the largest medical provider in Pennsylvania—and NYU Langone have each agreed to cease providing gender-transition interventions to minors, according to a Justice Department news release. NYU Langone will pay an $8.5 million penalty and UPMC will pay $950,000.
“The Department of Justice is fighting to protect our nation’s children and working tirelessly to reach agreements with hospitals to end so-called ‘gender affirming care’ for minors,” Attorney General Todd Blanche said in the release. “Today’s resolutions send a clear message: hospitals that target children in these practices and then fraudulently obtain payment for the procedures will be held to account.”
“In working towards these resolutions,” the news release stated, “the United States acknowledged that both NYU and UPMC took significant steps entitling them to credit for cooperation with the Department in its investigation, including ongoing cooperation in the Department’s investigation of other entities potentially violating federal law in connection with the provision of sex-rejecting procedures to minors. At all times during the investigation, NYU and UPMC remained cooperative and solutions-driven.”
New York’s Mt. Sinai earlier this month reached a similar settlement to keep its pediatric gender clinic closed, joining a roster of hospitals to have capitulated in the face of the Trump administration’s threats to this field that includes Texas Children’s Hospital, the Cleveland Clinic and Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. Mt. Sinai agreed to pay a monetary penalty and to put $2 million toward patients who have been harmed by gender-transition interventions they received as minors.
There was no mention in the news release on Friday of UPMC or NYU Langone being compelled to provide treatment for so-called detransitioners.
The Justice Department made clear in the release that it is continuing to target other major hospitals, suggesting that more such settlements may be on the horizon.
