The Alonso stuff is a level of bizarre I’ve never seen in New York. The fans booed him out of town in 2024. The team collapsed in 2025. The radio hosts trashed him for 5 years. And now we’re treating him like he’s Mantle and was done wrong after he opted out. Weirdest stuff ever
