“It's freaking true. My friend saw with her own eyes.”
She says as soon as Red Cross and FEMA pulled out of the area, “as soon as they pull out, DCS comes in and starts evaluating these parents and starts telling these parents, if you don't get adequate housing, we're gonna have to take your kids into state custody.”
