Treasury’s $6B long-bond “liquidity support” window bought just $4.078B of after dealers dumped over $10B of offers on the desk. Cap not filled. 30-year still printing multi-decade highs. Translation: plenty of bonds for sale, Treasury wasn’t paying up, and the 30-year yield did not care.

So glad clarity act failed.
The software dev protections that could have prevented another Samourai or Tornado Cash like case were narrowed to the point where cases like that could happen again.
They wanted ability to crackdown on privacy and self custody devs. Good riddance.

Since becoming president again, Trump promised:
