Breaking: The Theft of American Elections: How far back does it go? Americans have been told to trust the election systems that count their votes. Americans also deserve answers about the intelligence warnings, the vendors entrusted with election equipment, and the decisions made by officials responsible for protecting America’s election process. With the supremely important midterms approaching, releasing documents is only a start. We need serious scrutiny, secure ballots, and accountability from those in charge. ICE arrests illegal immigrant who allegedly voted in a federal election in Indiana — a crime DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin says "steals a vote from an American citizen." Guatemalan national Helda Araceli Mendez-Merida entered the country illegally through Arizona in 2015 during the Obama administration, was caught by Border Patrol and released, DHS said. An immigration judge ordered her removal in 2019, but she remained in the country and allegedly cast a ballot in a federal election. She was arrested Sept. 3 in Indianapolis. 🚨 This morning, the FBI and our partners arrested a subject near Los Angeles for allegedly paying homeless individuals on Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles to sign petitions in support of ballot initiatives—all using stolen identities of registered voters. Two additional petition circulators have also been charged in the investigation. All three subjects are charged with conspiracy to commit identity fraud in furtherance of a state felony, among other charges. We use photo ID for countless things in everyday life: opening a bank account, buying alcohol, picking up prescriptions, boarding a plane, getting a job, renting a car or apartment, and much more… If an ID is good enough for all of that, it should be good enough to verify who you are when you vote!

To vote in person: Just go in, line off your name, grab a ballot, fill it out and put it in the reader... To vote by mail: Randomly receive a ballot you don't ask for in the mail, make sure your mother-in-law doesn't fill it out for you, fend off all the party machine cronies who come around to your door asking to buy it from you for $100 or otherwise threaten to take away your social security if you don't give it to them, then fill it out along with all your private information on the envelop, then put it in the mail box hoping your mother-in-law or those people at the door aren't waiting there to destroy it the second you put it in, then hoping the post office people don't see your name on the envelop and destroy it, then hoping the people you're voting against who are receiving and processing it don't see your name on the envelop and destroy it, then waiting 5 months after the polls close for the people who lost to create a mail-in ballot for everyone on the registration list who didn't vote. Yeah. Maybe mail-in ballots are easier and cheaper ... for people in power to stay in power.
