Three members of Congress went to Delaney Hall on May 9, 2025. Same facility. Same day. Same "oversight." One was indicted. Rep. McIver says she's facing 17 years "for doing my job." So why weren't the other two charged for doing the exact same job? Take your time. I'll wait.
Replying to @RepLaMonica
Representative McIver, "Doing my job." I read that three times. Nope. Still says it. Let me walk through this slowly, like I would with a sophomore whose dog ate the lab report. On May 9, 2025, you went to Delaney Hall. So did Rep. Watson Coleman. So did Rep. Menendez. Same facility. Same day. Same "job." They toured. They left. Nobody charged them with a thing. If the crime were oversight, all THREE of you would be in the indictment. That is not rocket science. That is counting to three. The grand jury (June 10, 2025, 18 U.S.C. § 111(a)) is not talking about the tour. It is talking about the scrum outside the gate when officers moved to arrest Mayor Baraka. A forearm into an HSI agent. Grabbing him. Both forearms into an ICE officer. Those are the allegations. You pleaded not guilty, and you get the presumption of innocence. Good. Remember that feeling, because we are coming back to it. Now the Speech or Debate Clause. Article I, Section 6. It protects what you SAY in Congress. It does not cover your elbows. On August 26, 2026, the Third Circuit looked at Counts 1 and 2 and called the alleged contact "unambiguously non-legislative." Two federal courts. Same answer. At some point the wheel is spinning but the hamster checked out a while ago. And "17 years"? Come on. That is every maximum stacked end to end, with zero reported officer injuries. Anyone who is not a few fries short of a Happy Meal knows that is the scariest number you can build, not the likely one. Quinn's Law #4 in the wild: liberalism only works when people are scared into believing they need it. Bold. Wrong, but bold. Here is the part that makes me want to bang my head on a lab table. You are a member of CONGRESS. You WRITE immigration law. The Immigration and Nationality Act came out of your building. The executive enforces it (Article II, "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed"). You have a drafting office and a voting card, and you are complaining on X like the elevator never made it to the top floor. Next thing you know, a lawmaker will decide the fastest way to change a law is to physically block the officers enforcing it... wait. Somebody just handed me the indictment. Quinn's Law #23: liberals love the law, right up until they don't agree with it. Your party has decided the people enforcing the law are villains and the people obstructing it are heroes. That is how you become the party of crime without passing a single bill. You're not the brightest bulb in the chandelier if you think nobody notices. And "merciless." That one got me. I was a combat medic and a civilian paramedic. I have stood next to cops on the worst nights of other people's lives. They have kids. Mortgages. When a sitting member of Congress calls them merciless, some guy who is a couple sandwiches short of a picnic decides he's the hero of the movie. And then somebody like me gets called to the scene. Turn it down. That is ALSO your job. One more thing, and I mean this part sincerely. You are an expectant mother. Congratulations. You have a whole lot more to think about right now than talking points and party politics. You are also a representative, and your district takes its cues from you. Is this what you want them to learn? That getting physical with public servants at a gate is just "doing my job"? Oh, wait. Never mind. That only counts when the public servant is a cop. If somebody put a forearm into an expectant mother who happens to be a congresswoman, it would lead every network for a month. I forgot how the rules work. And the irony, which is thick as a brick: you're getting a grand jury, appeals, a rehearing petition, deadline extensions. That's due process. The same system of courts and hearings you call "merciless" when it applies to somebody else. Told you we'd come back to it. Honest question: what have you done for NJ-10 lately that did not involve a camera and a gate? But what do I know, I am only someone who actually read the indictment AND the Third Circuit opinion instead of the fundraising email. @TPUSA #MAGA #Trump @JoJoFromJerz @atrupar @TheYoungTurks

Rush hour doesn’t end at sunset. It just moves overhead. While we’re counting sheep, migrating birds are taking the night shift. Fall migration is underway across the country, including for species that spent their summer at Mount Rainier National Park.

Bernie Sanders just posted "Get big money out of politics." Bernie. Buddy. You raised over 200 million dollars in 2016. Then did it again in 2020. Then spent $221,000 on private jets in ONE quarter of 2025 on a tour called "Fighting Oligarchy." He took donor money, bought jet fuel, and flew to a rally to complain about donor money. I thanked him first. Then I graded his post. It did not go well for him. Reply is below. @TPUSA @atrupar #MAGA #Trump #Veterans

Bernie. Buddy. Before anything else, I have to say thank you. I mean it. Three posts in two days. THREE. Some teachers spend their whole weekend hunting for examples of bad logic to show their students. Not me. I just open your page and hit refresh. You are the most dependable supplier of classroom material I have ever had, and I've had a lot of freshmen. So from the bottom of my heart, Senator, thank you. You're the fruitcake that keeps showing up every Christmas whether anybody asked for it or not. Okay. Now. "Get big money out of politics." I read that out loud and had to sit down. Bernie, you ARE big money in politics. You raised over 200 million dollars for your 2016 run. Then you did it AGAIN in 2020. Your campaign dropped $221,000 on chartered private jets in ONE quarter of 2025, on a tour literally called "Fighting Oligarchy." So let me make sure I've got this straight. You took donor money... bought jet fuel with it... flew to a rally... and told the crowd that money has too much influence in politics. Senator, if hypocrisy burned like jet fuel, you'd never have to pay for a flight again. It's like a frog calling somebody ugly. "But Mike, it was SMALL donors!" Okay. Great. Good for you. Honestly. But think about what you just proved. If a guy from Vermont with the warmth of a DMV waiting room can raise 200 million bucks from regular working people, then regular working people already have a voice. And they use it. The "rigged system" you keep crying about is the exact system that turned you into a celebrity. You're sawing off the branch you're sitting on and then yelling at gravity. That's not a policy position. That's weapons-grade stupid, and I apologize to weapons. And notice how you said "megadonors from BOTH parties"... and then only named one. Cute. Let me help you with the other half. I've got a red pen and nowhere to be. Kamala Harris raised about 1.5 BILLION dollars in roughly fifteen weeks in 2024. Billion. With a B. Hollywood fundraisers, celebrity concerts, Wall Street checks, the whole circus. And she LOST. So much for money buying elections, Bernie. Turns out people don't care how many billionaires show up to your fundraiser when they're standing in the grocery store putting eggs back on the shelf. Then there's Michael Bloomberg. He spent about a BILLION dollars of his own money in the 2020 Democratic primary. You were IN that race. You were standing on the same debate stage. And what did a billion dollars buy him? American Samoa. That's it. The most expensive souvenir in the history of mankind. The poor man couldn't blow out a candle, and he still outspent the entire field. What's next, a Democratic billionaire trying to buy the whole nomination with his own checkbook... wait. I'm being told Bloomberg already did that. Right next to you. Where was THIS tweet back then, Bernie? George Soros put more than 125 million dollars into his Democracy PAC in a single donation back in 2021. Reid Hoffman. Tom Steyer. I could keep going until the bell rings. And the unions! Don't forget the unions. Citizens United freed them up to spend too, and they've been pouring hundreds of millions into Democratic campaigns ever since. Funny how that never makes it into your posts. Your mind is like a steel trap, Senator. Rusted shut. But only on the left side. That's Quinn's Law Number Seven, alive and well: it's different when you're a Democrat. When Trump's side spends money, it's "buying the election." When Bloomberg lights a billion dollars on fire, when Soros writes nine-figure checks, when Harris burns through a billion and a half in fifteen weeks, that's "democracy." Same money. Same ads. Different jersey. Your brain is a browser with 47 tabs open and not a single one of them loading. Now let's talk about Citizens United, because I'm fairly sure you've never read it. That's okay. Most people haven't. Pull up a chair. Class is in session. Citizens United was a small nonprofit. In 2008 they made a documentary that criticized Hillary Clinton. The federal government told them they could NOT air it close to the election. That's the whole case. The government tried to ban a MOVIE because it said mean things about a politician. And here's the part that made my jaw drop the first time I read it. During oral argument, the government's own lawyer admitted that under that law, the government could ban a BOOK if it said the wrong thing about a candidate close to an election. A book, Bernie. A BOOK. You've written a few of those. The Supreme Court said absolutely not, and pointed at the First Amendment: "Congress shall make no law... abridging the freedom of speech." So when you shout "End Citizens United," what you're really saying is: let the government ban movies and books that criticize politicians. Politicians like YOU. That's not getting money out of politics. That's getting criticism out of politics, and guess who'd get to decide who talks? I'm glad to see you're not letting education get in the way of your ignorance. As a medic, I took an oath to protect people. As a soldier, I swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution, and that includes the First Amendment. I did not raise my right hand so a senator could decide which movies Americans are allowed to watch in October. That part actually makes me angry. Oh, and a little civics for the road. A senator can't "end" a Supreme Court decision with a tweet. That takes the Court reversing itself, or a constitutional amendment, which needs two-thirds of Congress and three-quarters of the states. You've been in Congress since the first Bush was president, and you still think laws happen by hashtag. Democrats have been promising to "end Citizens United" since Moby Dick was a minnow. They've had full control of Washington twice since that ruling came down. And they did... nothing. Zip. You're about as useful as a screen door on a submarine, Senator. There's a leak in the think tank and the water's up to your knees. And here's the kicker. Campaign finance "reform" is the whole reason super PACs exist. Every time Congress capped what a person could give straight to a candidate, the money didn't vanish. It just walked around the building and came in through a side door. Outside groups. PACs. Super PACs. The harder you squeeze, the darker the money gets, because money that used to go straight to a candidate with his name on it now goes to some group called "Americans for Puppies and Sunshine" that nobody can trace. Quinn's Law Number One: liberalism always delivers the exact opposite of what it promises. You wanted less shady money. You built a shady money factory. You're more confused than a chameleon in a bag of Skittles. Now let's get to your big genius fix. "Public funding of elections." Bernie. Public funding means MY money. My tax dollars. Out of my teacher's paycheck. Paying for campaign ads for politicians I can't stand. I already pay your salary. I already pay your pension. I already pay your staff. And now you want me to buy your commercials too? That's not getting money out of politics. That's making it MANDATORY. It's a campaign donation with a gun to my head. You're as useful as a battery-powered battery charger. And we already TRIED this. Remember that little checkbox on your tax return for presidential campaigns? Do you know who blew that system up? A Democrat. What's next, a Democratic nominee turning down public funding in the general election because he could rake in way more from big donors... wait. I'm hearing Barack Obama already did that in 2008. First major-party nominee to walk away from it since the system started. He raised about three quarters of a BILLION dollars instead. And you cheered him the whole way. So fine, let me propose my own plan, since taxpayer money is apparently the cure for everything. Every single American gets their own free campaign. Free yard signs. Free TV ads. Free robocalls at dinner time. The TV stations just eat the cost. Plus free campaign pizza on Fridays. This is not a radical thing, Bernie. It's just common sense. Honestly, arguing with you about this is like trying to baptize a cat. Everybody ends up wet and bleeding, and nobody gets saved. I'll get a little personal now. I keep watching Democrats scream about rich people in politics while BEING the rich people in politics. You own three houses. Nancy Pelosi's household is worth over two hundred million dollars. Your party is stuffed with millionaires who know every loophole in the tax code, because a lot of them wrote it, and then they turned around and used those loopholes on their own returns. So my offer still stands, and it never expires. Before you lecture ANYBODY about billionaires, file with the standard deduction. No itemizing. Pay DOUBLE what the IRS says you owe. Post the return online. Then come talk to me about greed. Until then, some hogs have all four feet and their snout in the trough, and you're squealing about the other pig. So let's grade today's post, shall we? You complained about big money after raising over 400 million dollars across two campaigns and flying private on donor cash. You said "both parties" and then only named one. You forgot Bloomberg, Soros, the unions, and a billion-and-a-half-dollar Harris campaign that lost anyway. You want to overturn a case that stopped the government from banning a MOVIE. And your big solution is to force taxpayers to pay for politicians they can't stand. That's not a platform, Bernie. That's a 12-piece bucket of stupid with a side of hypocrisy and a large sweet tea. Grade: F. Please see me after class. You smile about as often as a total solar eclipse, Senator, and you're almost always wrong, but never, ever in doubt. I'll give you consistency. It's just not the good kind. You've got delusions of adequacy and you're depriving some little village in Vermont of its idiot. Honestly, you're impossible to underestimate. Every time I think you've hit rock bottom, you show up with a shovel. I picture your last two brain cells arguing over who has to go to work today. And after thirty-five years in Congress, with two renamed post offices to show for it, I still want to know one thing. What have you actually done for the working people you talk about in every single post? Not handouts. Not tweets. Not speeches. What have you BUILT? Because from where I'm sitting, the only thing you've ever truly campaigned for... is the next campaign. Anyway. Thanks again for the material, Bernie. Seriously. See you tomorrow. I know you'll have something. You always do. But what do I know? I'm only a physics teacher and a retired Army medic who actually read the Citizens United decision and the First Amendment, which is two more documents than the senator from Vermont, and a whole lot less money than his last campaign. @TPUSA @JoJoFromJerz @atrupar #MAGA #Trump #Veterans

Bernie is outraged that tech CEOs were at a state dinner. What's next, a Democrat president hosting Xi at a state dinner with a tech billionaire at the table... wait. Obama did that in 2015. Zuckerberg was there. Okay, what's next, a Democrat throwing a state dinner with Tim Cook, Sundar Pichai, Satya Nadella, AND Sam Altman... wait. Biden's Autopen sent those invitations for the Modi dinner in 2023. Where were the red boxes then, Bernie? Receipts below. @TPUSA @atrupar #Trump #Veterans #MAGA

Bernie. Again? Already? You have never once answered me. Not one reply, not one like, nothing. And that's fine, because you don't have to. You just keep posting, and I keep getting free lesson plans. Four posts in two days, and every one of them is a gift. It's the best relationship I've ever had with a senator. You ignore me, I grade your homework. At this point I should be paying YOU. Actually, never mind, I already am. I'm a taxpayer. So let me get this straight. You posted a picture of a state dinner, drew little red boxes with net worths on the guests like it's a true crime documentary, and then quoted the Gettysburg Address. The Gettysburg Address, Bernie. "Of the people, by the people, for the people." Written by Abraham Lincoln. The FIRST Republican president. You borrowed a Republican's most famous line to attack a Republican president. That's like showing up to a potluck with somebody else's casserole and then complaining about the cooking. I'd call you a gray sprinkle on a rainbow cupcake, but that's an insult to sprinkles. Now. The actual picture. It's a state dinner. For the leader of China. The country that makes a huge chunk of our phones, our electronics, and the parts inside half the stuff in your house. Of course the people who build chips, phones, cars, and rockets are at that table. Where else would they be? You want the trade talks about computer chips to happen without the guy who MAKES the computer chips? That's like planning a surgery and not inviting the surgeon because he makes too much money. Bernie, your brain is running on energy-saving mode, and I think somebody unplugged the charger. Every state dinner has CEOs at it. Every one. What's next, a Democrat president hosting Xi Jinping at a state dinner with a tech billionaire at the table... wait. I'm being told Barack Obama already did that in September 2015, and Mark Zuckerberg was in the room. Okay, fine, what's next, a Democrat throwing a state dinner packed with Tim Cook, Sundar Pichai, Satya Nadella, AND Sam Altman... wait. I'm being told Biden's Autopen already sent those invitations out for the Modi dinner in 2023. Where were your little red boxes then, Bernie? Did the Sharpie run dry? Let's look at the people you circled, since you clearly didn't. Lisa Su. Born in Taiwan. Came here as a little kid, became an engineer, took over AMD when everybody thought it was about to go belly up, and saved it along with every job inside it. Jensen Huang. Born in Taiwan. Washed dishes and bused tables at a Denny's. Started Nvidia in a Denny's booth. A DENNY'S BOOTH, Bernie. And now he builds the chips that run half the modern world. Tim Cook. Son of a shipyard worker from a little town in Alabama. Elon Musk. Born in South Africa. Came here and built electric cars, rockets, and satellite internet for rural families the cable companies ignored for twenty years. Three of the four people you circled weren't even born in this country. They came here with nothing but brains and nerve and built something. And the fourth one's dad worked in a shipyard. You looked at that table and saw villains. I look at it and see the American Dream having dinner. I have kids in my classroom who need to hear stories exactly like those. You'd rather teach them to hate the people who made it. And those red numbers under their names? That's not cash, Bernie. Nobody at that table has $928 billion in a checking account. That's the value of their companies. Their stock. Stock that sits in the 401(k) of every nurse, plumber, and retired teacher in America. When those numbers go up, working people's retirement goes up. You are putting a big red warning label on the retirement savings of the working class. You're as sharp as a bowling ball, Senator, and about as easy to steer. Now let's talk about this "government of, by and for the billionaire class" line. Name one person in that picture who is IN the government, besides the President. Go ahead. I'll wait. Lisa Su can't pass a law. Jensen Huang can't raise your taxes. Tim Cook can't draft your kid. Elon can't throw you in jail. You know who CAN do all of those things? The government. Congress. People like you. You're a sitting United States Senator, Bernie. You ARE the government. You've been the government for thirty-five years. If the government is broken, you're one of the guys holding the wrench. And while we're talking about who the government works for, let's check your wallet. Three houses. A taxpayer salary for thirty-five years. A taxpayer pension waiting for you. $221,000 on chartered private jets in one quarter of 2025. Book royalties from writing about how nobody should have that much money. The government works just fine for YOU, Senator. It's the rest of us picking up the tab. Quinn's Law Number Seven: it's different when you're a Democrat. When Obama puts Zuckerberg at the table, it's diplomacy. When Biden's Autopen invites four tech CEOs to dinner, it's a celebration of partnership. When Trump does the exact same thing, it's "the billionaire class." Same dinner. Same guests. Different jersey. Your train of thought derailed back around 1971 and nobody ever sent a rescue crew. And I have to point out the funniest part. You're upset that capitalists had dinner with the head of the Chinese Communist Party. Bernie. You went on your HONEYMOON in the Soviet Union. Your idea of a romantic getaway was a communist country, and now you're clutching your pearls because Tim Cook shared a table with one. That's not a principle. That's a mood swing with a Senate pin on it. So let me make the same offer I always make, and change it up a little. I keep hearing Democrats cry about rich people when they're rich people. They know every loophole in the tax code because a lot of them helped write it, and then they use those loopholes on their own returns. So here it is. Before you draw one more red box around somebody else's net worth, file your taxes with the standard deduction only. No itemizing. Pay DOUBLE what the IRS says you owe. Then post a picture of THAT. I'll even draw the red box for you. Until then, you're a few clowns short of a circus, Bernie, and the tent is on fire. Here's what really gets me, though. The four people you circled have given working Americans jobs, phones, computers, chips, internet in the middle of nowhere, and paychecks for hundreds of thousands of families. You've been in Congress for thirty-five years and you've got two renamed post offices to show for it. If I made a picture of your contributions to the working class, Senator, I wouldn't need red boxes. I'd need a magnifying glass. You're like a solar-powered night light. Nice idea. Totally useless when it counts. So I'll ask the same thing I always ask. What have you actually built? Not a speech. Not a tweet. Not a picture with red boxes on it. What have you DONE for the working people you keep talking about? Because the only thing I see you building is a bigger audience for the next fundraising email. Anyway, Bernie, thanks again. Seriously. I'll see you in about three hours. I know you'll post something else stupid. You always do. But what do I know? I'm only a physics teacher who knows that net worth isn't a checking account, that the Gettysburg Address was written by a Republican, and that you can't have a trade deal about chips without the people who make the chips, which apparently puts me three lessons ahead of the senator from Vermont. @TPUSA @JoJoFromJerz @atrupar #MAGA #Trump #Veterans

Donald Trump has made $2.2 BILLION since he’s been in office – and while he’s lining his pockets, Nevada families have spent on average an extra $3,600 on gas, groceries, health care, and rent or mortgage payments.  Trump couldn’t care less about making things better for you – he only cares about himself.

The NGOs end up increasing the number of homeless people they manage, because that’s the only way to increase their revenue! Incentives drive outcomes. “Homeless” is a propaganda word used to describe people on the street who are mentally ill or severely addicted to drugs. The word implies that this is someone who fell a little behind on their mortgage payment and they’re one job offer away from getting back on their feet, which is obviously false if you’ve ever tried talking to a “homeless” person in SF, LA, NY, Austin or anywhere else. The honest reality is that we need to bring back asylums for extreme mental illness or drug addiction for those who are a serious danger to themselves or others.
Incentives determine outcomes If you give an NGO a certain number of dollars per homeless person, they will never solve homelessness SF spends more than $1b/yr (up 5x) and the homeless population has only grown NGO fraud is so insane, man.

It is our responsibility to protect those who can't protect themselves. Children are the most vulnerable in our society, and their safety is not up for debate. Predators are finding new ways to exploit kids every single day, online, through trafficking networks, and through gaps in a system too often slow to catch them. We refuse to accept this as the cost of doing nothing. Killer mothers are being put on pedestals. Mentally ill parents, doctors, and teachers groom children into mutilating their bodies. Every bill we introduce to strengthen protections, close loopholes, and hold adults accountable comes from one simple principle: kids deserve every protection we can give them. Hold the Line.

Sacramento’s 2018 street-vending law lets unlicensed vendors flood the sidewalk with no taxes, no rent, no rules — and a 14-year Latino shoe store in South Central is going under because of it. That’s California today: do the right thing, get punished. When I’m governor we flip it. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Let’s Fix California. ☀️

Bingo, I consider myself a journalist. Do I get a free plane ticket too? Because if "the taxpayers own it" is all it takes to board Air Force One, I have a lesson plan I would love to teach from 35,000 feet. Air Force One is federal property, same as the Capitol, same as a courthouse, same as a military base. Public ownership has never meant open access. You cannot walk onto the House floor because the Capitol "belongs to us." You cannot walk into a secure hangar because the tarmac is federal land. Ownership and access are two different concepts, and conflating them is not an argument, it is a category error wearing a flag pin. And the First Amendment point does not do the work you think it does. Nobody is stopping CNN from publishing a single word. The plane has limited seats and has always run through a rotating pool the administration controls, the exact same setup that existed under Obama, Bush, and Biden. That is not new tyranny, that is logistics. On the "lying" accusation, since you went there directly: Judge Kelly's TRO ordered the return of hard passes on due process grounds. It says nothing about a guaranteed seat on the plane. In the parallel AP case, the D.C. Circuit specifically allowed the White House to keep excluding AP from the Oval Office, Mar-a-Lago, and Air Force One, ruling those are limited spaces where the administration keeps discretion. That is not my opinion, that is the appellate court's own reasoning, published and citable. If you think I am lying, cite the order that contradicts me instead of just typing profanity and hoping volume substitutes for a source. As for whether Trump "will lose again," maybe. The preliminary injunction fight is not decided yet, and I have already said plainly that if the outlets win it, I will say so. That is called following the evidence, something you might try sometime instead of yelling into the void. @TPUSA @TPAction @atrupar #MAGA #Trump
