Only way to provide cheap advice in sickness in Pakistan is Telehealth, e.g. a poor worker's wife has severe stomach ache at home (or hubby cant afford Dr) what does she do to get advice urgently (you & I will call a Dr. if we know one). Free telehealth helpline is only solution.
