Fingers crossed this gives your post a little boost. Hoping the site gets cleared soon.
I used to drive past this spot twice a day on scooter from 2019 to 2024 to drop my wife off and pick her up from office. It never got this bad. Something has gone horribly wrong in Bengaluru's waste management system. That, or there is zero enforcement of illegal dumping laws.

Dear Government 🤐 No helmet? ₹1,000. Signal jump? ₹5,000. No parking? ₹1,000. Triple seat? ₹5,000. Plastic? ₹5,000. Potholes? 🤫 Broken signals? 🤫 Unrepaired roads? 🤫 Illegal banners? 🤫 Encroached footpaths? 🤫 Overflowing garbage? 🤫 No streetlights? 🤫 Amazing system. Citizens have rules. Citizens have fines. Citizens have responsibilities. But accountability? Apparently, that’s optional. Our efforts. Their enjoyment. Time to change this.

The footpaths of 12th Main, Indiranagar are a mess. - Piles of rubble rivalling conflict zones - Trees doubling as dustbins - Missing/broken slabs - Inexplicable craters Billions in venture capital have been deployed in this part of town. The footpaths could use some love too.

Curious : MBBS 5 Year Tuition in a Govt College : ₹ 30,000/- to ₹ 75,000/- (5 years) MBBS 5 Yr Tuition in a Private College : ₹ 40 Lakh to ₹1.5 Crore (5 Years) Private Colleges cost almost 120X to 200X more than Government Colleges Maybe that's why students succumb to buying leaked questions? Better to pay ₹10 Lakh for 25 leaked questions and get a Govt college instead of paying ₹60-70 Lakh for a Private College So why not CAP private college fees to ₹5 Lakh a year? Or is this impossible since most private medical colleges are owned by politician proxies across all party lines??? Why such a huge difference?

If Bengaluru cannot take any further load - The Government and Municipal authorities must stop approving construction of new IT parks, Malls, Commercial Buildings etc. That would ofcourse take a hit on the revenue but that can atleast make the city breathe better. When the Government approves them - They have no right to crib that the population is growing rapidly and we are unable to revamp the Public Infrastructure at that place. Pothole filled roads, Garbage Menace and dead rain water drains are because of the lack of Governance.

Empty Seats Earn Nothing! On my 8:30 PM Delhi to Chennai Indigo flight 6E 6341, there were 12 Flex seats. Only ONE was occupied. Upgrade price: ₹9,000. Result: 11 seats went empty. What if the upgrade was offered at ₹5,000? Even if all 11 were filled, that is ₹55,000 additional revenue from seats that otherwise earn ZERO. But there is an even bigger opportunity. Let passengers experience the comfort once. Some of them may willingly pay for Flex seats on their next journey. Sometimes maximizing the price per seat can minimize the revenue per flight. In hospitality and aviation, an unsold seat is perishable inventory. Better pricing. Better experience. Better revenue. Everybody wins. @IndiGo6E @Indigoairline_

This is how Indian cities would look if they were maintained by Private Builders instead of Municipalities. >GMR Group is Maintaining & Developing Aerocity. Why do Municipal Corporations fail to maintain our cities like this?

Genuine Question: Enormous effort goes into Aadhaar - biometrics & linkages. The infra for easy verification. Ability to view and change data. Mobile number connected. All good. So, why not simply add just two more fields to Aadhaar? a) Citizenship - Indian or Not b) Residence Address (Verified) And then that 12-digit number can be your id for voting, paying tax and any other dealings with government. No need of PAN or Voter Id. And one-shot proof for passport. What am I missing here?

Honestly while Indians are fighting over reservations in academic institutions , jobs, and promotions… Claude , GPT and Deepseek are removing humans from jobs.. 10 years from now everyone has to survive on Universal Basic Income to sustain humanity.. we will be all slaves of AI

If you had invested 10 lakh in an Indian mutual fund tracking the Sensex in May 2024, it would still be around 10 lakh today. Maybe less considering the charges. Nearly 2.5 years of flat returns in the Indian market. A highly unusual period if you compare to prior years.

This kind of mental disease that only when they have SCST professors they will get away with cheating will pull India downwards worst than British rule.. better to create separate institutions like IIT SCST so that other students and teachers are spared of this Tamasha

This IIT Bombay incident has me totally black pilled. My son is 5. He has time on his side and I will make sure he has all sorts of options at 18. Because this genie that has been unleashed is going to be a multi generational disaster for GCs. Economic prosperity is moot if a false complaint can land you in jail. I am pro-reservation. I have seen caste based discrimination myself. But law cannot presume guilty unless proven innocent. GCs are about to go through a long period of suffering due to legislated negative externalities. I don't foresee any change at least in my life time. And weaponisation of law has just begun.

It is so easy for any real opposition leader to come to power.. (not congress) diversify revenue sources and reduce visible taxes.. unfortunately none of them are capable to run govt.. I think we should have better alternatives

There is nothing unusual about prolonged bear markets. But the government has made this worse by refusing to address the concerns of FIIs and our own retail investors, and by saying in Parliament that we are not dependent on FII money and that FIIs have no option but to invest in India. Hubris often leads to a downfall.

The Demand Trifecta:- 3 Demands. 1. Bring creamy layer in SC/ST reservations. A kid of a IAS parent who has already availed reservation once, shouldn't need reservation again (atleast not in marks cutoff). 2. Either fix SC/ST Act, or bring GC Act and OBC Act too. If it's about dignity, everyone should have equal dignity. Such acts shouldn't become tools of misuse & revenge. 3. Make marriage & divorce laws gender neutral, legalize pre-nups and ban alimony (follow the China model). This is the bare minimum, any Indian govt. needs to do, if they want the country to progress like it should.
