Dear KBG sir, I would like to draw your attention to unplanned layouts cropping up surrounding Bengaluru which is bound to create greater mess , see this example in picture the layout is formed on a agricultural plot (with DC conversion) 5 km from Whitefield each plot sold at 3-4 cr. Now problem is there is no road or continuity of roads after layout is formed and sold. The next agricultural plot owner may not get it converted or he may make his own layout without roads getting built or continued from his neighbouring layout . This leads to same issues we see in areas like Kadugodi, devarabisanahalli, Panathur, Bellandur etc. Narrow roads zig zag roads dead end roads and large apartments in roads with 20 ft width. Please stop DC conversion with out full town planning and alignment. Also ensure roads have capacity to handle traffic, drainage, underground facilities and footpath URGENT ATTENTION NEEDED CC @DKShivakumar
