The motivation for my account is primarily to educate the American citizen on the constitution. Civics was a required course when I went through public school. Sadly, it's not today. Young Americans are graduating and don't know what Separation of Powers means. Follow me if you're curious.

Question for us kids in the back, will the execution be done with Hasan seated or will they tie him to a pole so he’s “standing”?

Coming soon to your city if it hasn’t already. Prepare accordingly.
American an European friends, I’m so ashamed, but you need to see what France has become. Don’t make the same mistakes we did. The only peaceful solution is to send them back to their countries of origin they love so much. We cannot coexist. It will be them, or us.

This First Sergeant is trying to locate his former Soldiers regarding chemical exposure during the first gulf war. Spread this info far and wide please!
I have a request. I need to contact members of my old unit, the one I went to Desert Storm with. I need to contact members of 2nd Battalion 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade of the 82nd Airborne Division. Especially members of D/2-504. I was their first sergeant. If you know of or have contact with Desert Storm veterans of this battalion, please DM me and I will give my contact info. This is a request for reposts as well. I have information about the VA's ability to provide healthcare for my brothers. Our battalion was the one who occupied this area and I'm paying the price with neuropathy and fibromyalgia. My symptoms are under control. I would like to see that all of my troops get the same care. In March of 1991, following the end of Operation Desert Storm, paratroopers from 2-504 were occupying the area in southeastern Iraq encompassing Khamisiyah conducted two large scale demolition operations to destroy the Iraqi munitions and facilities in the area. Before the demolition, the Khamisiyah facility was a large ammunition storage depot and it was believed to house only conventional ammunition. When these operations were carried out, it apparently was unknown that the rockets stored in the facilities contained weaponized sarin and cyclosarin chemicals. Please help me get in contact with my troops.

“I say this as a retired brigadier general with 30 years of service.” Cool. I say this as a retired warrant who was in the same BCT. I didn’t meet him. I fixed radars. He ran patrols. We should start a club. People adjacent to a thing, therefore experts on the man who did the thing.
I say this as a retired Brigadier General with 30 years of service: Pete Hegseth is an unqualified frat boy.

So you don’t like the price of $4.50 gas? Answer me this… 1. Who killed the Keystone XL pipeline on Day 1? 2. Who paused new offshore drilling and locked up Alaska? 3. Who drained the Strategic Petroleum Reserve? 4. Who put American energy last and then acted shocked when prices went up? 5. Who shut forced the shut down of the two biggest oil Refineries in California? 6. Who spent years trying to shut down Line 5 in Michigan? 7. Why do blue states have the highest gas tax in the country? That would be the Democrat party that told you it was for climate change. We were domestically energy dominant and Democrats implemented restrictions and regulations. So spare me your outrage that it’s a 5 month war causing this.

🚨 OMG. Stunning resurfaced footage shows Ugandan Mayor Mamdani saying the plan is to manipulate white leftists into electing 3rd worlders like him Spoken in his 3rd world accent: "You need someone to be a validator, tell them to TRUST US." 🤯🤯 "Minority communities, because we've never had representation, we are tied to identity. White communities...are more ideology...voters think of themselves first as progressive." Muslim invaders PURPOSEFULLY position themselves as "validators" to manipulate the public into handing over control TERRIFYING. He needs to be deported.

Here’s a big problem Gen X and older millennials will have to deal with in the not too distant future; the number of people who remember the results of communism continues to shrink. We can tell the younger generations about how bad it is but I’m afraid it won’t click until they see it for themselves. I posit that much like how history repeats itself, freedom and tyranny rise and fall over the years in a modern society. Take what you will from this. Prepare accordingly.

Wow! Some of us are letting our fascism show!
🚨 Da’Shaun L. Harrison at Socialism 2026 argues that the political deployment of GLP-1 drugs is “fascistic” because they exist in “a world fixated on genociding fat people.” “The political deployment of GLP-1s is fascistic, not because individuals take them, but because the conditions under which they become necessary are shaped by a world fixated on genociding fat people.” And to explain why that is supposedly fascistic, Harrison turns to Frantz Fanon and “Black flesh under colonial surveillance.” If GLP-1s are already “body fascism,” the dual and triple agonists are going to require an entirely new theoretical vocabulary.

In case you didn’t know, they really are crazy!!
🚨 “The More Dysgenic, the Better”: Beatrice Adler-Bolton Says the Left Must Give Up the “Fantasy of Being Fitter Than the Fascists” At Socialism 2026, Adler-Bolton argues that “fitness is a measure of relative disposability under capitalism” and says the goal should not be to become “more useful to the ruling order.” She says the left should not try to beat fascists “at their own game” by becoming “fitter, more eugenic.” “In fact, the more dysgenic, the better, I think.” She closes by arguing that revolution is not “a contest between optimized and properly prepared bodies” and that the very idea is itself fascist.

Cicatrice d’enfance. Intelligence haute. Allez construire.

One of the most quietly eroded parts of the 8th Amendment is the ban on excessive fines. In the Founding era, fines were understood as monetary punishments that had to bear some relationship to the offense. Today, civil asset forfeiture, stacked fees, and administrative penalties often operate in a gray zone where the connection to actual wrongdoing is thin and the financial impact can be severe. The Supreme Court has begun to reapply the Excessive Fines Clause more seriously in recent years, but the practical gap between the text and everyday enforcement remains wide.

The 8th Amendment is short and blunt: “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.” It was written to restrain the government’s power to punish. Bail, fines, and criminal penalties were all tools that could be abused to crush opponents or extract wealth. The Founders put explicit limits on each. The text is a direct command against excess. How well those limits still function is a different question.

I wish people would read the Constitution before they post false information to steer supporters of Trump and Vance away from the rest of us patriots.
Replying to @ag_0012
RESTORE THE POWER BACK TO WE THE PEOPLE TO HOLD CONGRESS MEMBERS ACCOUNTABLE BY ELECTIONS VP VANCE CAN USE HIS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO PRESIDE AND LET THE SENATE VOTE TO NUKE THE FILIBUSTER AND PASS THE SAVE AMERICA ACT AND AMERICA FIRST LEGISLATION WITH 51 VOTES THE FILIBUSTER IS A RULE — NOT THE CONSTITUTION. Article I, Section 3: The Vice President “shall be President of the Senate.” Vance can walk in, take the gavel, and preside John Thune is 1 of 100. The Constitution does not give the Majority Leader the floor. The 1937 Garner “precedent” is custom — not Article I, not a Standing Rule. Recognition is a Chair power. The Chair’s recognition decision is not appealable Once Vance is in the chair: ✅He can recognize ANY senator ✅That senator raises a point of order: cloture on the SAVE America Act is by majority vote ✅The Chair rules ✅The Senate votes: “Shall the decision of the Chair stand?” ✅A simple majority decides. 50–50? Vance breaks the tie That is the nuclear option. Democrats used it for nominations in 2013. Republicans used it for the Supreme Court in 2017. The same path works for legislation. Majorities have refused to take the vote. The procedure is there Rule XXII’s 60-vote cloture is an interpretation. Final passage of a bill has always been a majority Constitution → VP takes the chair → Chair recognizes whom it will → point of order → 51 votes reinterpret Rule XXII → cloture at 51 → SAVE America Act passes at 51 (or 50 + Vance) Restore equal power to all 100 Senators.
End the 60-vote stranglehold.
