Things you learn in Texas: 1. The guy in the F-150 is worth a lot more than the dude in a Mercedes. 2. The small business owner from a state school is smarter than the majority of Ivy League grads. 3. There’s more racism in Connecticut country clubs than in rural honky-tonks. 4. Rednecks are more honorable than investment bankers. 5. The man who looks like he can’t afford the tab could buy the building. 6. They don’t ask for a deck before the meeting. 7. Prep school is where they send the problem kids. 8. If he’s wearing dusty boots, a 2XL Magellan shirt, a gold Rolex, and has a bulletproof case on his iPhone 12, you’ve already lost the negotiation. 9. “How’s business?” is a real question. “What do you do?” is a New York question. 10. Tips are bigger and egos are smaller. 11. A handshake still closes deals that a term sheet would kill. 12. The wealth is in real estate, oil, or a company nobody in Manhattan has ever heard of. 13. Your wife or daughter will never struggle finding help to change a tire. 14. Nobody asks where you went to college. 15. A weekend invitation to their ranch makes you part of the family.

Hot take: it’s impossible for Michigan, New Hampshire and Minnesota to be super close senate races and Nebraska, Texas, Iowa and Kansas to also be close. The polling is way off somewhere. I’m betting it’s way off in favor of Democrats. Like normal. Go vote!

The Cornell story is a political OP. The backbone of the Dem. party currently is single college educated women. This is to drive a narrative and engagement in the final four weeks leading to the mid-terms -- nothing more. This is an "Us v. Them" effort, with the GOP being identified as the "frat boys." The incident was 2 years ago -- Oct. 19, 2024 -- during the Biden Administration. There is a single-spaced 6 page statement of an interview given by the young woman. She made handwritten corrections to the text when she read it, and confirmed at the time it was accurate and complete. She filed a civil lawsuit Sept. 16, 2026. She had a 20 year statute of limitations to file a civil case based on allegations of rape. She had 3 years to file a civil case based on other tortious causes of action based on personal injury or negligence. Yet here we are with it dominating the news cycle 4 weeks prior to the election. This has been posted elsewhere but I'll repost it here in case some haven't seen it. The Local DA declined to prosecute based on her six page typewritten statement because within the statement -- signed by her -- there were FACTS set forth establishing no crime was committed by one or all of the young men involved. Not that the evidence wasn't sufficient -- but evidence provided by her established NO CRIME was committed. Cornell conducted a Title IX investigation under the Civil Rights Act as was required by the U.S. Dept. of Ed. Office of Civil Rights of any college that receives federal funds. The investigation established that the conduct took place, and that the conduct violated school policy. It wasn't the place of the Title IX Office to offer a view on whether the conduct was a crime. Seven young men were involved: Two were expelled. Two were suspended -- one for 2 years, and one for 3 years. One had already graduated -- he was declared persona non grata and barred from returning to the campus. Two were ordered to undergo counseling and perform "self-awareness" projects. Those final two did not engage in any activity with the young woman. Their only "offense" was entering the room in response to an text message invitation. Now Leticia James has been directed by the Gov to conduct an independent criminal investigation. Sally Yates -- former Dep. Attorney General under Obama -- is being brought in by Cornell to review the sufficiency of the Title IX investigation. College educated women all. THIS IS A POLITICAL OP.

❗️MAJOR BREAKING NEWS: FIVE PROMINENT TIKTOKERS ARE NOW BEING SUED IN CONNECTION WITH THE NOLAN WELLS CASE - AND MORE LAWSUITS ARE EXPECTED TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON!❗️ Five separate state-court civil lawsuits have now been filed in Jackson County, Mississippi against five social-media personalities who, according to the complaints, repeatedly used their platforms to accuse young men connected to the Nolan Wells case of murder and other serious crimes. The defendants are - ❗️Jennifer M. Sushka, known online as “Jay Megan” ❗️Damarcus Hughes, known as “Boogie LowDown” ❗️Isaiah Kelvin Harris ❗️Sandra L. Butler, known as “Royalty” ❗️Tumika Lasha Birch, known online as “Tumika LaSha.” Here are a few examples of allegations made. JENNIFER M. SUSHKA - “JAY MEGAN” She repeatedly pushed the theory that the young men were responsible for Nolan Wells’ death, including accusations involving murder, hiding his body, tampering with his phone, deleting messages and creating a false alibi. She publicly said she was “leaning more towards the side of murder” and suggested they had “intentionally tried to speed up the decomposition.” The lawsuit also alleges she monetized the accusations, stating that “Every accusation came with a donation link.” Perhaps one of the most remarkable allegations in the filing is what happened after she received written notice. The complaint quotes her as saying: “Oh, and don’t worry, I never responded to this email.” DAMARCUS HUGHES - “BOOGIE LOWDOWN” Hughes is accused in his complaint of repeatedly portraying the young men as killers, referring to them as “those white murderers” and describing Nolan’s friends as people who “may be his murderers.” The complaint further alleges that he accused or implied that they were responsible not only for Nolan’s death, but for tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution. After the Grand Jury proceedings, Hughes allegedly posted: “if YOU THOUGHT, that this Grand Jury report about # NolanWells was going to make me SHUT TF UP or MOVE ON, then you have LOST YOUR DAMN MIND!” When someone reportedly warned him that “they watching your page,” Hughes allegedly responded, “And you KNOW, that I DON’T GIVE A DAMN!” ISAIAH KELVIN HARRIS - His complaint quotes him telling his audience, “Them boys guilty as f*ck.” He called the young men “murderers” and stated: “And Nolan died. On the boat. . . . [B]efore they left, yes they murdered him.” Harris displayed a photograph of a residence along with a route map, conduct the plaintiffs included among their allegations concerning online targeting and safety. SANDRA L. BUTLER - “ROYALTY” - “Royalty” repeatedly branded the young men as responsible for Nolan’s death. Statements attributed to her include “They are guilty. They did something,” along with claims involving what supposedly happened to Nolan on the boat and theories about concealing his body. She specifically said “That crap don’t scare me and I’m gonna keep talking about them thugs. Period.” TUMIKA LASHA BIRCH — “TUMIKA LASHA” The Birch lawsuit likewise alleges that she used social media to repeatedly “brand them as killers” and accuse or insinuate that the young men bore criminal responsibility for Nolan Wells’ death. According to the complaint, her allegations went beyond Nolan’s death itself and included accusations involving tampering with physical evidence and hindering prosecution. The filing alleges a sustained campaign of false and defamatory statements and insinuations concerning these young men. THERE WILL BE MORE. I already know who is up next on the chopping block, and I am VERY excited to share as soon as I am given the green light. This gets expensive, everyone! The boys need your help. If you have been around since day one, you know just how bad this got. You know what they did to these boys. So now that lawsuits are flying, we ask that you give whatever you can to their fundraiser to help hold these people accountable!

HILTON: $928 Million for Solar Panels Went to Ballot Harvesting "A hundred million a year since 2015. By 2025 that's $1 billion. The invoices for actual solar panels were $72 million. $928 million went to nonprofits doing 'environmental justice.' When you look at what that is, it's voter registration and ballot harvest. And that's what the scam is."

EXCLUSIVE: 🚨 White House Staff Attended a Closed Door AI Summit Hosted By Biden National Security Advisor And AutoPen Overlord Jake Sullivan At Harvard 2 Days Ago 🚨 Sanctioned Outreach, or Disloyalty? White House and State Department officials joined a closed Harvard session hosted by former Biden national security advisor Jake Sullivan and attended by Trump haters Susan Rice, Phil Gordon, and Avril Haines, according to a copy of the participant list for the gathering I have exclusively obtained. The “Dialogue on AI Self-Improvement and National Security,” was held September 30 and October 1 at the Kennedy School’s Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at @Harvard. This event has not appeared on the center’s public calendar, and it suspiciously occurred one month before the midterm elections. Sullivan is listed as a host, along with Belfer Center director Meghan O’Sullivan and J. Michael McQuade. Susan Rice @AmbassadorRice, national security adviser under Barack Hussein Obama and domestic policy advisor under Joe Biden, is listed with the RAND Corporation. Phil Gordon, national security advisor to Kamala Harris @KamalaHarris, is listed with the Brookings @BrookingsInst Institution. Avril Haines, Biden’s director of national intelligence, is listed with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Maher Bitar, an Islamic jihadist and senior National Security Council aide in the Biden White House, appears with National Security Action. Christy Abizaid, Biden’s director of the National Counterterrorism Center, is listed with Google. Tarun Chhabra, who oversaw technology and national security on Jake Sullivan’s staff during the Biden administration, is listed with @AnthropicAI, as are Tino Cuéllar and Andy Jones. Jon Finer, Sullivan’s former deputy, is also on the list. All of these people have been vicious public critics and saboteurs of President Trump. Sullivan oversaw the Biden Autopen and has used his Harvard post, and a podcast with Finer to argue that the administration is mishandling China, Iran, and technology competition. Rice has opposed President Trump since his first term and participated in spying on him. Phil Gordon advised Harris in the 2024 Presidential campaign against Trump, Haines led the Biden intelligence community that engaged in Weaponized government and politicized leaks, National Security Action, Bitar’s listed affiliation, was built by former Democrat officials to contest Republican national-security policy. Several months ago, I successfully exposed Bitar and his security clearance was revoked over his ties to Islamic radicals and his participation in the Russian collusion hoax. Tarun Chhabra moved from Sullivan’s staff to Anthropic, one of the firms now across the table from skeptical Trump officials who oversee its regulatory and export-control interests. Recently, Anthropic told the Trump administration that they fired Tarun Chhabra. Based off of this list I obtained, it sure looks like Anthropic lied! Nobody is surprised! The same list includes current Trump administration staff: Stephen Andrews, of the White House Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy; Jon Askonas of the State Department’s @StateDept Policy Planning Staff; Landon Heid, of the National Security Council; Wells King and Christopher Lord, of the Office of the Vice President @VP ; and Ryan Kaldahl, of the office of Senate Majority Leader John Thune @LeaderJohnThune. Google, Google DeepMind, OpenAI, Meta, and Anthropic are among the companies that were represented at the event. Why would Trump administration officials who are supposed to be loyal to President Trump attend an event with Obama and Biden officials who spied on President Trump? Has @POTUS seen this? Was this event sanctioned by the White House, or is this evidence of subversion and disloyalty one month before the midterm elections? President Trump hates Jake Sullivan and Susan Rice. This is not a good look! 👇🏻

🔥 THEY SAID IT NEVER HAPPENS… UNTIL IT DID RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR FACES 🔥 A CNN panel just exploded. Bush White House spokesman Pete Seat is sitting THREE FEET from Obama’s own strategist David Axelrod… And he drops the nuclear truth: “Barack Obama got on the 2008 Indiana primary ballot because Democrats in St. Joseph County submitted FRAUDULENT petition signatures. People — including the county Democratic chair — went to JAIL over it. He shouldn’t have been on that ballot.” Axelrod freezes. “How did that get determined?” Seat doesn’t flinch: “It was exposed TWO YEARS later. Went through the courts. People went to jail. That’s the problem… nobody caught it before he was already on the ballot.” FACT CHECK: 100% TRUE ✅ In 2013, four Indiana Democrats were CONVICTED for forging those signatures — literally copying names off old petitions. Even a former governor’s name was forged. County Democratic Chairman Butch Morgan went to PRISON for orchestrating it. The thing they swore “never happens”… HAPPENED. And a party chairman did hard time for it. Election fraud isn’t a “conspiracy theory.” It’s a documented crime. And they got away with it long enough to change history. Share this before they try to memory-hole it. FOLLOW ME FOR MORE NEWS DROPS! x.com/realentheosq/status/21…
