A U.S. Postal Inspection Service special agent installed surveillance cameras inside a USPS company truck and caught Avery Terrill Yarber opening and stealing from 4 separate packages. The cameras, one in the driver's area and one in the back of the truck, caught Yarber stealing 3 iPhones and a valuable ring from both areas.
