I was glad to join @Varneyco this morning to discuss how @USEEOC is cracking down H1B abuse by suing a Plano, TX recruiter that EEOC alleges unlawfully preferred H1B workers over American workers. foxbusiness.com/video/640636…

Yesterday morning in Houston, I happened to catch something genuinely rare and wanted to share it. That bright “star” above the crescent Moon is Jupiter. Just minutes earlier, the Moon had passed directly in front of the planet in a lunar occultation, temporarily hiding Jupiter from view. From Houston, the Moon actually rose while Jupiter was still behind it and Jupiter reappeared from the Moon’s dark edge at about 4:09 a.m. CDT. So this photo caught Jupiter immediately after emerging from behind the Moon, hanging above a beautiful earthlit crescent. An occultation of Jupiter visible under dark skies from the same general location is the kind of event that comes around only roughly once every 13 years. Pretty incredible thing to accidentally look up and see over Houston. Occasionally, we all need to slow down and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Here is how you're being deceived today. Rubio announces revocation of Visas but that isn't a Deportation order so they only get caught if they try to leave the country or get arrested for something else. Here is the part that they're hiding.. There are approximately 200,000 asylum applications JUST from Visitor Visas that sit in "Pending" of foreigners who are still here, not on a Deportation list and their Visas aren't Revoked.
NEW: A new DHS Inspector General report finds the Biden administration took almost no enforcement action against visa overstays, including public safety threats, and arrested only a handful out of millions. The numbers are stunning. From FY21-FY24: - ICE received over 3.1 million visa overstay leads, roughly 104,000 of which had public safety or national security concerns. But that resulted in only 496 investigations by ICE (2%) and ONLY EIGHT ARRESTS. - A September 2021 Mayorkas policy memo directed ICE to target only illegal immigrants considered “Priority 1 leads” (highest threat to public safety). Out of 1,769 viable Priority 1 visa overstay leads, ICE only conducted 84 investigations (5%), resulting in ONLY 2 ARRESTS. - The majority of the more than 3 million visa overstay leads were deemed “non-priority”. 2.8 million of these “non-priority” leads were sent to ICE for investigation, leading to just 5 investigations and ONLY TWO ARRESTS. (out of 2.8 million!) Another shocking piece of the report, visa overstays tracked by CBP exploded by 364% during Biden’s first full year in office (Fiscal Year 2022). CBP tracked visa overstays in FY2021: 171,269 CBP tracked visa overstays in FY2022: 795,167 THE DHS IG concluded the 2021 Mayorkas memo is largely behind the lack of enforcement. “ICE conducted few nonimmigrant overstay lead-initiated investigations and arrested even fewer foreign nationals who stayed beyond or violated the terms of their admission because of the September 2021 policy that directed ICE’s limited resources only to leads posing a threat to national security, public safety, and border security. When ICE did attempt to pursue action on a lead, it encountered challenges verifying addresses and locating the foreign nationals present in the United States. Further, ICE did not have sufficient resources to pursue all overstay leads.” Link to report: oig.dhs.gov/sites/default/fi…

He’s still trying to optimize a program that shouldn’t exist. Wages are not a proxy for “best and brightest.” A higher salary tells you what an employer is willing to pay for a particular position, not that the foreign worker is uniquely talented or that an American couldn’t do the job. The answer to H-1B abuse isn’t a better lottery, a higher wage floor, or a more sophisticated ranking system. End the program, let American employers hire from the American labor market instead of designing a “better” system for importing workers to compete with it.
For years, the H-1B system was a lottery. Every applicant had the same odds, whether the job paid $80,000 or $200,000. That wasn't merit. That was chance. Prioritize visas by wages and skills. Set a real wage floor. Protect American workers. If we’re bringing in the best and brightest, the system should actually reward the best and brightest. 🇺🇸

If these Indians from India are as intelligent as they want us to believe then answer a few questions for me. 1) Why do they flock here to be educated in American schools? 2) Why is their own country and their communities so dirty? 3) If Indians from India are so valuable to society, then why isn't India the country people want to go to?
The author of “The Bell Curve”—my former AEI colleague Charles Murray—enters the debate with his customary flair. The darling of the Groypers and white nationalists is here to notify them about the bottomless stupidity of their war on intelligence, hard work and merit.

“A new body paid millions of pounds to be the Government’s official monitor of anti-Muslim hatred has made multiple false claims about attacks on mosques, and other claims for which it refuses to provide evidence, The Spectator can reveal. One of the most serious supposed attacks on mosques was actually on a building labelled as a synagogue. At least two of the supposed attacks on mosques never took place.” Immigration is culture. Lying and violence are endemic to Islam. - What the Quran really teaches - Muslim slave trade and history - Describing the bloodiest conquests of history as expansion - “No compulsion” in religion - Forced conversions - Rape and sadism - Pedophillia as standard - Religion of peace - Abrahamic religion - The third holiest site - The wars in the ME are caused by Israel - We are here to coexist - It’s just resistance - It’s about self determination and statehood - not religion - Muhammed was the best model of mankind - Islamic golden age was not appropiation of other’s achievements - Jihad is persoal struggle - Sharia is just about prayer and charitable giving - Jews, Christians and Muslims lived in peaceful mutual respect - 1001 Islamic inventions - Palestine was a nation - etc.
A new body paid millions of pounds to be the Government's official monitor of anti-Muslim hatred has made multiple false claims about attacks on mosques, and other claims for which it refuses to provide evidence, The Spectator can reveal. One of the most serious supposed attacks on mosques was actually on a building labelled as a synagogue. At least two of the supposed attacks on mosques never took place. The British Muslim Trust (BMT) was the source for an alarming report on ITV News on 25 September which claimed, quoting the BMT, that "a mosque is now attacked every five days in the UK," with "over 70 attacks on mosques" in the 12 months to July 2026. "Serious harm from arson or violence" made up almost 20 per cent of attacks on mosques in the most recent nine months of that year, compared with less than four per cent in the first three months of the 12, the BMT claimed. ✍️ Andrew Gilligan Article | spectator.com/article/is-it-… | @mragilligan

The Texas ITSAC Liberation Project Continues... I ran SaarAI against The Texas Prime Vendor List, and had it generate a list of open positions in Texas advertised on the jobs page of their websites. 188 Jobs, supposedly legit. You can get Contact Names, emails and phone numbers for these companies here: dir.texas.gov/search-contrac… If you want a copy of the list, donate to our GSG in the comment below, and send an email to ITContractorsUnion@ITContractorsUnion.com

If these mortgages were written before May 25, 2025, taxpayers are on the hook for them is they are FHA backed. This is what happened in the 2008 crisis
H-1B workers are walking away from Texas houses when the job ends. The visa is temporary. The mortgage is not. Lose the sponsoring job and the worker has a deadline to leave. The loan does not. Reports from Austin realtors say some are leaving the house, the furniture and the car behind. A 30-year mortgage assumes the borrower stays. An H-1B visa does not. No temporary work permit should have qualified for a 30-year mortgage.

There's 53 of them so that means I now have to send FAXES to 53 offices. Well, I guess we're going to be doing faxes then. Tell your offices to prepare for a FAX TSUNAMI TODAY!!!!

Obviously, this @WhiteHouse administration doesn’t give a damn about national security… Or they wouldn’t allow the displacement of qualified Americans like my network engineer/cybersecurity son for an Indian!!!
Yup. I’m just a little surprised our sensitive government agencies would allow access to these 3rd party companies rather than insist they be handled in house.
