You have to pre-prime a chat on desktop to be able to use it remotely. Unless I have done that to every chat, I can't access the chat remotely. Here's how it should work: I see a list of all projects and all their chats on mobile. If I open a chat on mobile, the desktop machine moves the chat into the cloud for remote use. Simple, real-world expectation. Expecting people to know what project and what conversation we might want to access while out of the office, and pre-load them to the cloud is not just "friction", it's not realistic at all. I look forward to improvements, thx.
