This has got to be the best analysis yet. 1. "Only 94 medals came from the professional level!" Yes that's irrelevant. This issue is about female athletes at every level of sport and of all ages, the majority of which are not professional. 2. "They include males with DSDs!" Yes, males with DSDs are still male and thus are included in the list of males in female sport. However, I believe the CWA report narrowed the scope to "trans" ID'd athletes only and only those from the USA, so this is a bit of a moot point anyway 3. "Names appear more than once!" Yes, because often, male athletes have stolen more than one medal. They enter many women's competitions. 4. "They include non athletic events like pageants and baking!" They do not include non athletic events. Those are listed on a separate page that explicitly says "not included" And there are no baking events yet, to my knowledge, though if there is a women's baking competition a man enters, I would be more than happy to record that as well. 5. "Out of the 1,349 individual entries this organization notes (a far cry from their promoted claims of 2,000+ OLYMPIC GOLD MEDALS), 77 of them are DSD" He's looking at the "awards" page, which are separate from medals. Awards, like MVP, are given to athletes regardless of the outcome of competition. Medals are based solely on outcome of competition. So here we're looking at the wrong information. The CWA report was also not talking about Olympic gold medals. They simply said "gold medals" which means a 1st place finish at any level of sport in which the athlete is recognized as the winner. And again, the CWA narrowed the scope to "trans" identified in the USA, so DSD males outside the US are irrelevant. 6. "They have a "donate" button! It's a grift!" I added the button after I kept getting requests for it from people who wanted to support me. I make maybe 20 dollars a month in donations with the occasional one-off very generous 50 or 100 dollar gift. This does not even cover the money I spend on research and upkeep for the site. A "grift" is when you lie and trick others to make money. I believe in my cause, am not lying about anything, and certainly do not make a profit. And there we have it, the thorough "debunking" of the 2,300 or so medals the CWA reported on out of the 6,000+ 1st place finishes by males in female events the website has documented in total.

When you fervently believe that there is a correct 'gender identity' for each sex, and having the wrong one means medicalisation and surgery, don't come at me with: "Sex and gender identity aren't the same thing, bigot!" Yes, I know that. Do you?

You cannot credibly claim to be non-religious, and believe fervently in the entirely subjective, faith-based existence of “gender identity”. It's a faith-based belief, and laws based around it are religious laws. When a state mandates that belief, it is a state enforced religion.

@Channel4News are totally missing the point here. The report should be focusing on the utter failure of the RCN and other unions to support women and their sex based rights and sex realist beliefs and how this week’s lawfare cases highlight that. ⬇️ If you still think the unions have women’s backs, just look at the court lists this week. Today in Edinburgh, Norma Austin Hart and Alison Ann-Dowling are bringing a judicial review against Community because the union’s Gender Equality Strategy treats “women and non-binary people” as one group, even after the @ForWomenScot Supreme Court judgment said sex in the Equality Act means biological sex. Norma and Alison tried the proper route first, raising the policy internally and waiting for the leadership to listen and say that they were threatened with discipline instead. So two lifelong trade unionists are now asking a judge to do the job their union would not. Meanwhile in Dundee, Sandie Peggie is in the middle of a high profile 7 day hearing against the RCN, the union she paid into for 30 years. After she objected to a man in the women’s changing room, Sandie says the RCN failed to support her and treated her beliefs as the problem. Her three brilliant witnesses including from @ScotLesbians and @mbmpolicy helped to explain the horrifying degree of institutional capture. These are not isolated cases. @Fiona44444, a lifelong PCS activist and retired Scottish Government civil servant, is taking her own union to tribunal after she says it sidelined her for the same beliefs. Stephanie Pratt, an NHS biomedical scientist, is doing the same against Unite. These women were the members unions used to boast about: loyal, long-serving, the ones who turned up, paid the subs and expected representation when it counted. That is what makes this so bleak, because the organisations built to protect workers with the least power, often women on part-time hours, second jobs and lower grades, have left those same women to hire lawyers. This weekend makes the point even sharper. @unisontheunion , with @ASLEFunion , @USDAW and the @MusiciansUnion, is boycotting Labour’s women’s conference in Liverpool because the main hall is restricted to women as a sex, in line with the Supreme Court. @Unison says that runs counter to its policy on “trans equality”. So the largest union in the country would rather stay away from a women’s conference than accept that “woman” means female. The established unions are entirely captured so women are resorting to lawfare and setting up their own unions when they only wanted the old ones to do their job. Hence the Darlington nurses had to found the @DarlingtonUnion , co-founded by Bethany Hutchison, now its president and a witness in Sandie’s Dundee case. In sport, @sharrond62 and @TracyEdwardsMBE had to set up the Women’s Sports Union. Unions were supposed to be the shield for people who could not fight alone.
