European FSD Supervised question:
Owners who subscribed from launch and have been paying €99/month are still waiting for the free months others are getting.
Meanwhile some accounts get a call and 2 months added. People who never used a trial get nothing. People who paid €7,500 upfront get nothing.
If this is a loyalty credit, apply it to everyone who has been paying. If it’s only for selected clients, say so.
When do the rest of us get ours?

Is everyone who had an active subscription since launch of Full Self Driving Supervised in Europe gonna receive 2 months of free FSD?
Or are you guys starting to make exceptions between your clients?
I'm also still waiting for my 2 free months...

@teslaeurope Are trusted customers who already have an active subscription going to be compensated or also receiving a free period? Would be disrespectful imo if that's not the case...
