The “losing traction” thing is a non issue as in slow mo you can see the tire literally slips for only 1/4 of a rotation. And again, to get a tire from left to right is momentarily goes through a straight setting, of course. Look at pic 1. Not straight.

He was CLEARLY at the front driver side quarter panel when he fired. Look at where his 2 feet are and their position. Both are pointed towards the tire, which is turned away.

He didn’t. Or at most got brushed. She turned right and he stepped to his right, leaving him uninjured, didn’t fall or even drop the phone. Here’s the proof he was on the right side for all 3 shots. Shot 1 he leaned over the front quarter panel to get it into the windshield

She steered hard right as he stepped to his right, thereby leaving him unscathed and on the side of the vehicle, which is where he did his first shot, AFTER he was well out of harms way.

Here ya go JD. All 3 shots fires as he was on the side of the car. One as he leaned over the hood into the windshield. The other 3 right a food from her head through the open side window. There’s only 1 bullet hole in the glass. You’re welcome!

Even the first shot he was standing on the side of the car, out of harms way. He had to leeeeean over the hood of the moving vehicle to get the shot into the windshield.

Force of equal nature is the caveat. He was not harmed at all but used deadly force - unequal. And he took all 3 shots when he was on the side of the car, out of even the possibility of her harming him with the car.

He was fully on the side of the car even when he fired the first shot. He had to lean over the hood to get the bullet through the windshield. Here’s his feet next to the tire for shot 1.
