We are sharing an interim update regarding an exploit identified with @limitbreak Payment Processor V2, a NFT trading protocol maintained by the company Limit Break and which Magic Eden adopted to settle trades on EVM in 2024.
Magic Eden stopped using Payment Processor V2 in Oct 2024 and ceased our EVM marketplace altogether in Q1 2026. No live Magic Eden listings were impacted in this exploit. We will provide more updates as we investigate the impact further.
We are also contacting Limit Break as they are the owner & maintainer of the protocol to see what other mitigations can be done, including progress on pausing transfers on the protocol. Why are ME listings being shown to be involved?
NFTs listed on ME EVM from approx Feb 2024 to Oct 2024 could be impacted by this issue with the Limit Break Payment Processor v2 contract. Any listings on ME EVM after Oct 2024 should not be impacted here. We are still further refining our investigation and will provide more updates here.
In the meantime, if you listed or traded NFTs on Magic Eden’s EVM marketplace before we shut it down, revoke this contract:

Something to hold, I actually hit 95kg in the month of April but that was just water weight exiting my body.
Few days later I got bigger I asked myself why, then i realized that weight loss is not fat loss.
You can lose 20kg a of weight in a month or 2 but you can’t lose more than 1kg-2kg in a month your body.
I pushed from 95kg back to 105kg lol 😂 and since April consistency has made me drop significant fat 🫡

The South Korean market usually makes an impact when it comes to trading volume, let's take a look at the data below. ⬇️ 🧠
Here’s what I’m watching: 👀
1. Hyperliquid volume has expanded significantly
AXS is currently recording approximately $1.57M in 24 hour volume on Hyperliquid.
For context, I’ve regularly observed AXS volume on Hyperliquid in the $200K–$400K range.
At the current level, that represents a noticeable increase compared with that typical range. That is a meaningful change in derivatives market activity.
2. The broader market is seeing the same expansion
CoinGecko currently shows:
• Market Cap: $209.14M
• FDV: $323.18M
• 24H Trading Volume: $66.05M
The $66M+ figure stands out.
AXS had generally been trading around $20M–$30M in daily volume, meaning current activity is approximately 2–3x that range.
This suggests the increase isn't isolated to a single venue.
3. Price is responding to the increase in liquidity 💵
AXS has reached approximately $1.19, its highest price level since June.
The important observation isn't simply that price has increased.
It's that the price move is occurring alongside a substantial increase in trading activity. That distinction matters.
A price increase accompanied by expanding volume indicates a materially different market environment from a move occurring on declining liquidity.
4. Upbit is currently a major source of activity 🇰🇷
Upbit's AXS/KRW market is currently showing approximately:
$14.88M in volume
21.99% of global AXS volume
That puts the South Korean exchange at the top of the volume rankings in the market snapshot I'm tracking.
South Korea has historically been an important market for AXS liquidity, and notable increases in Korean trading activity have frequently coincided with periods of increased AXS price momentum.
I'm interested in whether that relationship continues during this move. 🧠
5. The key metric from here is persistence 🤔
I'll be monitoring:
• Hyperliquid volume
• Upbit AXS/KRW volume
• Global spot volume
• Open interest
• Funding rates
• Volume concentration by exchange
• Price reaction around $1.20
If elevated volume persists after the initial move, it would provide a stronger indication that this isn't simply a short term spike in activity.

At 18:31 UTC on September 24, 2026, Bitget's security systems detected unauthorized transfers from some of our hot wallets. Our security team activated emergency response protocols immediately.
What we have confirmed:
-Estimated funds affected: approximately $351.6 million
-Cold wallets remain fully secure. Bitget operates a three-tier wallet architecture — the breach contained only a portion of the hot wallet and warm wallet layers.
-User funds are safe. The full amount of this loss falls within the coverage of Bitget's User Protection Fund, which currently holds over $464 million
Actions we have taken:
-Emergency response team activated within minutes of detection
-Abnormal transfer addresses identified, flagged, and reported
-Withdrawals temporarily suspended as a precautionary measure, pending security review
-Law enforcement and on-chain security firms have been formally notified and are engaged
What this means for you:
-Your account balances are accurate and your assets are protected
-Deposits and trading remain fully operational
Withdrawals are temporarily paused and will be restored as soon as the security review is complete
-What comes next: We will provide updates on an hourly basis across this channel and all official platforms.
