For the past 25 years, every Ganpati Visarjan Day, I walk back home from Girgaon Chowpatty around midnight. It is a 20-30 minute walk. There's NO HEARING GOING ON IN SUPREME COURT ON THIS CASE. The Writ C 9943 of 2026, is still in Allahabad High Court, being handled by Lucknow bench. Ruling was in favour of GC. This case was filed by and is titled as Sanjay Singh and Another v. State of U.P. It was filed by NEET students. There's no name of either Neha Lal Das or her NGO YFE in the list of petitioners. I'm attaching the list of counsels to the case. Her name doesn't reflect even there. Friends, it's a known fact that all forces of opposition have come together to dethrone Modiji. Two suicides Disha and Salil are in new off late . Few years back I was witness to the suicide of a young boy in our complex . He jumped to his death at approximately 4.45 pm and we were at the spot by 5.00 pm since , the message spread across all WA groups that there was a loud noise and some boy had jumped . It was on this day I actually saw the dismal way in which the cops handled the situation . I was there throughout the time when they were investigating . Was there till 11.30 pm at least . However , since Shekhar was also in town then he was not allowing me to stay there . I was completely shaken bcoz the boy was hardly 14-15 and no one knew who he was . I wanted to be there till his identity was established . Unfortunately could not since my husband would not allow me to . When the cops arrived the first thing they wanted to see the CCTV of the terrace from which they doubted he had jumped . However , there were some issues with the CCTV and hence everyone had to wait till the technician could come and procure the footage . While waiting for the technician there were various talks going on about the boy and that too by the cops . First they said that he looked mentally challenged. We guys do not know much about what happens when someone jumps to death but they do . Yet , they said so . In the various interviews that Adv Ojha is giving interviews he is mentioning that the skull breaks and hence it’s possible his had too and hence he looked the way he did . After the body was taken away a man came near me and told me that probably the boy was a M. I asked him how did he know and if medical had happened . He replied in the negative and then I asked him who he was . He was a cop in civil clothes 🤷🏽‍♀️ The cops went to each flat of the building to check if the boy belonged to any one of them . But , he was not from the building from where he had fallen . Ours is a complex made up of 20 buildings and everyone can enter any building . Hence , it’s possible that he could’ve been from another building but the investigative minds did not bother up check with other buildings . The duty of the security of every building gets over at 8 pm hence had anyone asked the watchmen of every building someone would’ve identified him . But no, everyone was stuck on just the CCTV footage . Wanting technical evidence is ok but totally depending on it is wrong . The entire police station was in the building but the identity of the boy was not established . The investigative work carried out was below par . All WA groups were locked bcoz according to some women it would cause trauma to mothers . None of them was bothered of the mother whose child had died and was unaware of the same . Children were called and shown his picture no one was able to identify him . In the morning when I went down to check again I got to know the boy was an NRI who had come down for holidays here. His identity was established only after his mother arrived post midnight and started searching for him . She had gone out with her daughter . The shoddy way the cops handled this issue was bcoz they were dependent on one man who lives in our complex . He was there with them all the time. He misleads everyone by mentioning cyber cell in his bio . @MIDCPS_Mumbai must clarify if he is a part of the forces . And if he is not then get him to remove it from his bio . Also , stop informing and involving him all cases related to the complex . He does not represent us . Every building is a part of a society and society has office bearers.
