My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will:
1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate.
2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority.
3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority.
This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word.
All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.

You know the FBI works off an NDA with pending investigations and trial. They literally can’t talk about it.
But you know who else isn’t talking about it either? Cole’s attorneys, because they can’t knowingly lie to the court or the public. If they do file any motions we will then see what the DoJ has to say about this but until they do, there is nothing establishing Cole in the new video. FFS

For all those concerned about Brian Coles attorney being hopelessly conflicted, just go watch this interview from Jan, the only public interview his defense team gave.
It did Cole no favors. He is a long time friend of the family, civil rights attorney so far out of his league he had to hire an entire second law-firm from Tennessee and another from DC to help represent him. And still did this interview. PS watch the entire interview. This is what actual journalism looks like.
The reasonable explanation for why he had these materials.
He couldn’t have been making “pipe bombs” because we don’t want to call them pipe bombs and want to focus on viability.
Q: “Is he (Cole)the man that made and placed these devices?”
A: “I’m not ready to answer that yet”
His own attorney has not been convinced he didn’t construct and plant the devices, only that they couldn’t be considered explosives under the technical reading of the statute and that somehow makes Cole not a danger to the public. Further this would have been the best time to name different suspect but he fails to do so.
