You saying these things, as someone who has a distinctly posh completely luxurious carbon intense lifestyle that runs contrary to these supposed shared values and experiences is goopy hypocritical bull crap.
Our world is afflicted by a series of simultaneous shocks: climate change, war in Europe, the end of globalization as we know it. There’s no hiding from these profound changes for us here in Canada. 1/5

So it’s been reported by the Toronto Star that $25 billion in procurement contracts which were awarded between March 2025 and July 2026, nearly a third of them went to U.S.-controlled firms, despite Carney’s big "Buy Canadian" pledge. But not just that, the actual share of procurement going to American companies rose to 1 in 3 under Carney. What’s unbelievable is under Trudeau it was only 1 in 5 So captain elbows up has given almost $8 billion dollars to US companies while at the same time telling us that we don’t need them.

The evidence is palpable. Everyone knows this. Many are in denial. Even more won’t accept the causation - errant policies by a federal government that gleefully imposed ideas that brought about this unhappy reality

Mark Carney promised everyone he would make the government 'Buy Canadian.' All talk. No results. But instead, his Liberal government is sending $7.8 billion Canadian tax dollars to American companies. It is all an illusion.

🚨FRIENDLY REMINDER🚨 The Canadian Government is funnelling taxpayer funds to municipalities to purchase real estate—hotels, apartments, housing complexes—to house migrants while Canadians face homelessness. This isn't immigration; it's state-sponsored replacement.

Indians come here as refugees from the largest democracy on Earth that is not in any war time conflict. They get free healthcare, schooling, housing in luxury hotels and get 84 dollars a day for food. Then they go back to India to vacation.
Tokyo is out. Delhi is in. FlightHub's annual travel report, out September 29, ranks Delhi as the most popular overseas city for Canadians booking on its site this year. It knocked Tokyo out of first place. London, Cancún and Paris round out the top five. Here's another theory. In the first six months of 2025 alone, 59,260 Indian citizens became permanent residents of Canada. That's more than four times as many as the next country, the Philippines. People who move here still have family there. The travel data is just catching up to the immigration data.

Out-of-control Liberal immigration let Bishnoi Gang thugs exploit Canada’s student visa system, set up shop in our country, and carry out widespread extortion. Conservatives will fix immigration. Every visiting criminal and terrorist must be deported, and mandatory minimums for extortion must be restored now. Kick these thugs out of Canada and keep our communities safe: conservative.ca/cpc/stop-ext…

🚨🇨🇦 Tell me this is a joke. Because it reads like a country that gave up. IRCC says it cannot locate 2 million people whose visas have expired. CBSA says it does not have the resources to find them. Two million people. Untracked. In a country of 40 million. And this is the same system where Khalistanis are being picked up with firearms on a near-daily basis, while IRCC has no file on who they are, how they got in, or whether the visa even expired.
🚨🇨🇦 Khalistan Is on the Way to Becoming Another Al-Qaeda Langley RCMP just arrested five SIkh/Punjabi extremists on extortion charges. Four in Surrey. One at Toronto Pearson, trying to leave. The names being reported: Sanket Singla (23), Sahil (24), Simranjeet Singh (24), Harsh (21), Jagdeep Singh (24). This same khalistani network wraps itself in a flag and calls the whole thing a peaceful movement. Peaceful movements do not run shakedowns and then head for the airport. If Ottawa keeps treating it like a parade, the next file will not be extortion.

At first, Jean-Pierre did not understand. He watched the evening news, paid his taxes, voted responsibly and believed what respectable people told him. 1. France needed immigration because the economy needed workers. 2. Diversity was an opportunity. 3. Public services were under pressure because they lacked funding. 4. Disorder at school was caused by inequality. 5. Crime statistics required context. 6. Anyone who connected these things too quickly was probably an extremist. Then his children started coming home from school saying they could barely hear the teacher. Half the lesson was spent restoring order. Teachers changed constantly. Some simply disappeared for weeks. Jean-Pierre complained once, politely. The administration explained that the situation was “challenging” and that the school was developing an “inclusive pedagogical response.” Jean-Pierre went home reassured. There were professionals dealing with it. His neighbourhood changed too. Shops closed. Others appeared. Groups of men occupied the same corners every evening. His wife stopped taking one street after dark. Jean-Pierre noticed all of this, but he had also learned that noticing patterns was dangerous. So every event remained an isolated event. One closed shop meant nothing. One assault meant nothing. Ten incidents meant ten unrelated incidents. Only a racist would connect dots. Then his daughter was sexually assaulted by a man who had recently arrived in France. Jean-Pierre was devastated. But almost immediately he began policing his own thoughts. The attacker was an individual. Of course. One must never generalise. The television explained that exploiting such crimes politically was irresponsible. A minister warned against “stigmatisation.” Jean-Pierre found himself nodding through tears. What had happened to his daughter was monstrous, but the truly frightening possibility, apparently, was that somebody somewhere might vote for the wrong party because of it. Nothing changed. His son’s school became worse. His daughter stopped going out alone. His wife wanted to move. The police were exhausted. The teachers were exhausted. The hospitals were exhausted. Jean-Pierre was exhausted. Yet every explanation he had been given required him to believe that each deterioration was temporary, accidental, exaggerated or caused by something entirely unrelated to the deterioration immediately beside it. And whenever somebody proposed that perhaps the country had made serious mistakes — about migration, authority, education, policing, integration, punishment or borders — Jean-Pierre knew the correct answer. “Careful. That sounds like the far right.” So he remained reasonable. He remained moderate. He remained informed. He remained completely incapable of drawing a conclusion from his own life. So at first, Jean-Pierre did not understand. And he still does not understand.

286,000 work permits. Seven months. From January to July, the liberals issued 112,000 new temporary foreign worker permits. Another 174,000 went to foreign students. Ottawa's own target was to bring temporary residents down to 5% of the population. They're still at 6.7%. They promised to slow it down. This is slow.
