It was great to be back in Crisfield for the 49th J. Millard Tawes Crab and Clam Bake – a true celebration of Maryland’s bay heritage, watermen, and seafood. Even with the crazy wind, I appreciated the chance to talk with locals about the threats of flooding and the work we’re doing in Congress to ensure our Bay communities can continue to live, work, and play on the Chesapeake for generations to come.
Thank you to Crisfield Mayor Darlene Taylor and the Crisfield Chamber of Commerce for hosting this can’t miss, Maryland tradition!
