Two Palestinian Christian women, Maysaa Khader Ibrahim Abu Daoud (Ayad) and Marie Hafez Michel Al-Najjar (Abu Daoud), were murdered today, October 3, in an Israeli strike on their apartment in Gaza City. They belonged to Gaza’s Holy Family Parish. Two more lives lost. Two more Palestinian Christian families left grieving. Two more names the world must not forget. May they rest in the embrace of Christ, and may God receive them in His mercy. Do not look away. Do not let their deaths become another forgotten statistic. Say their names. Remember their faces. Demand protection for civilians. Demand accountability. Demand an end to the killing. END THE GENOCIDE. END THE KILLING. LET GAZA LIVE. Maysaa. Marie. Remember their names. 🇵🇸✝️

It is shocking, saddening, but very illustrative of the problem we have within certain quarters of the American government today: when this representative can openly state, that the destruction of an entire group of people captured inside the fences in Gaza, is OK, because of a terrorist strike against Israel, exposes the absence of humanity. And then to attempt to distract from the support for the state of Israel and concurrence in destroying the entire Palestinian enclave in Gaza, she attempts to distract to another issue, wholly unrelated to 10/7, Gaza, or Israel. She’s just looking for ways to make others ignore the catastrophic inhumane treatment of the Palestinian people. @RepNancyMace’s words are utterly reprehensible, and do not represent the America I once knew, and served. I don’t recognize the version she espouses.
🇺🇸🇮🇱🇵🇸 Rep. Nancy Mace: "I love Israel and I love Jews. If Israel wants to go in and flatten Gaza as a result of October 7, I'm okay with that."

Israeli politician Moshe Feiglin says Jewish morality requires killing the babies of your enemies. "Because I'm Jewish, and I guess I'm a little bit weak morally, I don't want to see babies being killed," but "morally that's what should have been done," Feiglin says. "If we would have done [to] Gaza...what the Americans did in Nagasaki…this movie NAZA…would have never came. The world would be with us just as they were with us after we won the Six-Day War."
Israeli politician Moshe Feiglin says Jewish morality requires "wiping out" Gaza and the West Bank. Q: "Is it a Jewish point of view to like wipe out all of Gaza…and annex the West Bank?" Israeli politician Moshe Feiglin: "100 percent." Feiglin adds that all "Arabs" in Gaza—including babies—are the "enemy," not simply Hamas. "Every child, every baby in Gaza is an enemy," Feiglin said explicitly last year. "The enemy is not Hamas."

Simon Andriesz, the British banker who uncovered 2018 emails linking Howard Lutnick to Jeffrey Epstein’s Adfin investment and took them to House Oversight, has died at age 57. BBC reported his findings. Lutnick later admitted to visiting the island but not the business dealings.
Simon Andriesz @SAndriesz has died. He took his own life this week, while staying at a trauma treatment centre, the same place he had gone to try to survive what years of fighting had done to him. I wrote the piece below about him at the start of August. We last spoke on 13 August. Reading my own words back now feels different. Heavier. I did not know then that this would be the last chapter. Simon gave me his story directly. The embezzlement he uncovered, the fraud he reported, the heart attacks, the police complaints, the years @TheFCA spent doing almost nothing while his life fell apart around him. He handed the CFTC and HMRC enough to secure real fines. He handed the BBC enough for a full documentary. And still the one regulator that was supposed to protect him let him carry all of it alone for 7 years. He was one of the most credible people I have ever spoken to. Everything he told me checked out. And he still ended up broken by the very system meant to catch people like him when they fell. I am angry writing this. Angry that a man this capable, this thorough, this willing to hand over evidence and testimony for years, was left to fight completely alone until he could not fight anymore. Simon Andriesz deserved better. Rest in peace. If you are struggling right now, please do not go through it alone. Were they nuclear facilities that also produced drugs? Drug factories that enriched uranium on the side? Were the drugs nuclear? Was the uranium on drugs? What the fuck are we even talking about anymore?

For those claiming that they don't believe Tucker when he said that Trump casually dismissed the risks of the Iran war by saying: "In the end, we're all dead anyway," Trump has publicly expressed the same nihilism on prior occasions:
Tucker Carlson recounts a private meeting where Donald Trump dismissed serious concerns over a potential war with Iran by casually telling him, "In the end, we're all dead anyway." "I said to him, shocked, 'But what about our kids, our grandkids, our country?'

Mark Levin’s stepson, David Milstein, who serves as an advisor to the U.S. ambassador to Israel, is soliciting cash gifts from Israeli citizens. On its face, this is just blatantly corrupt considering his official position, and invites a litany of counterintelligence threats. It also gives us a glimpse into how the pro-Israel echo chamber operates— Levin’s stepson and his boss, US ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee, are given Israeli talking points by Israeli officials. For example: “Iran is about to develop a nuclear weapon & we must attack now! Should only take 3-4 weeks for the regime to collapse…” Huckabee & Milstein then deliver these Israeli talking points via official US gov channels. Milstein also sends the talking points to his stepdad, Israel-first Fox News host Mark Levin, currently a favorite of President Trump’s. President Trump is briefed on the Israeli taking points from the State Department via the official channels, then tunes into Levin on Fox and hears the same talking points(!). Now, Milstein is offering people a chance to buy his attention with a nice cash “gift,” and then maybe he’ll help them get their talking points to his stepdad & in front of President Trump. Until we make accepting money from any entity or person loyal to any nation other than the United States legitimately and unbearably toxic for our leaders, this problem will persist and our policies will continue to be influenced by the interests of those who continue to put America last. This cannot stand.

Most people don't know this, but right after 9/11, Iran was intensely supportive of the United States. - They condemned the attacks the same day. - They immediately opened all their airports to American air traffic and military planes. - They took dozens of Al Qaeda members into custody and offered for us to send people to interview them. But just weeks later, Bush declared them to be members of the "Axis of Evil". Why? Because the Israelis claimed they had raided a boat filled with weapons being sent to the Palestinians. That's it. The Iranians denied it, but we just believed the Israelis. I think the Israelis invented the entire episode to prevent a cooperative relationship starting between the United States and Iran. We know from General Wesley Clark that their creatures in the Pentagon had, years earlier, made a list of regime change targets--including Iran--that they intended to systematically undermine. That target list, seen from a distance, is clearly designed to make a power vacuum which "Greater Israel" can step into. It certainly didn't help the United States. All it did was create a mountain of debt the size of Olympus Mons. All they lacked was the "New Pearl Harbor" as they described it. Well. They got it.

When you start a war with sneak-attack assassination missile strikes during negotiations, you don't get to determine how the war develops and runs. This is why it's a bad idea to begin wars of choice. Especially with sneak-attack missile strikes that kill their religious leader and his family, 170 school girls, etc.

According to an informed federal official, in the coming months the Trump administration plans to send a total of 40,000 Mark 84 and Blu-117 bombs to the government of Israel. Each bomb weighs 2,000 pounds. This appears to be the largest transfer of conventional explosive ordnance from the United States in modern history. How big is this shipment? It amounts to 40,000 tons of bombs. For perspective, the largest American air raid of World War Two was the Eighth Air Force’s attack on Berlin in March of 1945. Combined, the 2,023 Allied aircraft involved dropped about 3,000 tons of bombs. That’s 7.5 percent of what Trump is sending to Israel. That same month, March of 1945, the US Army Air Forces began the single most destructive bombing raid in human history, Operation Meetinghouse over Tokyo. More than 100,000 Japanese civilians were killed. By the end of that operation, the US had dropped 1,600 tons of bombs. That’s four percent of what Trump is sending to Israel. World War Two ended five months later, when the US dropped an atomic bomb on the city of Hiroshima. The shipment Trump is sending to Israel amounts to more than three times the destructive power of that nuclear explosion. There is no precedent for what the Trump administration is doing. Nor is there a justification. The government of Israel is not fighting World War Two, or even a war. It is engaged in periodic skirmishes with a guerrilla force in Lebanon, and it is working to exterminate an unarmed civilian population in Gaza. Neither front requires modern 2,000-pound bombs. An American-made Mark 84 has a destruction radius of half a mile. It releases a thermal wave the temperature of the surface of the sun. Within 100 feet of the explosion, rock melts and human flesh turns to vapor. The bomb collapses apartment buildings and leaves craters thirty-five feet deep. Until the war with Iran, the US military generally avoided using the Mark 84 in urban areas. It kills too many civilians. For the Netanyahu government, that’s been the upside. In the weeks after October 7, the IDF dropped nearly six hundred 2,000-pound bombs on densely populated areas in Gaza, including on more than 100 officially designated civilian evacuation zones. The slaughter was so grotesque and embarrassing that for a moment the Biden administration paused a shipment of Mark 84s. Those shipments quickly resumed under Trump. Now they’ve accelerated. It’s hard to overstate the scale of the crime the Israeli government is committing in Gaza. Over the last three years, more than a quarter-million Palestinians have been killed or wounded by Israeli forces there. The majority of them have been noncombatants: women, the elderly and tens of thousands of children. Many thousands more remain missing, presumably entombed under the rubble of 200,000 collapsed buildings. So far the Israelis have destroyed 92 percent of all homes in Gaza, and 34 of the 36 hospitals. By comparison, the 1945 Allied bombings of Dresden, now acknowledged as a war crime, destroyed about half of the city’s inhabited buildings. By any definition, what the Netanyahu government has done in Gaza is genocide. The 40,000 new bombs the Trump administration is sending will be used to do the same in Lebanon, and likely in other countries in the region. If you wanted to extend the Iran war into the indefinite future, this is exactly what you’d do. So far none of this has received public scrutiny. At some point, inevitably, it will be described in media accounts as an “arms sale.” It is not an arms sale. It is a gift, funded by American taxpayers through the Foreign Military Financing program, an arrangement designed to disguise welfare as capitalism: Congress appropriates money to the executive branch, which transfers the cash to Israel to “buy” American-made weapons, in this case from General Dynamics. Politicians claim this is a win for America. Most voters have no idea they paid for it. The bill in this case is about $3 billion. Add that to the $352 billion the US Treasury has transferred to Israel since 1951. How did this happen? The request for 40,000 new high-explosive civilian-killing bombs originated at the US Embassy in Jerusalem, which is run by Christian Zionist Ambassador Mike Huckabee and his aide David Milstein, who is the stepson of Fox News host Mark Levin. From there it moved to the State Department, where Marco Rubio enthusiastically approved it. At this point, only four more people need to sign off before the bombs ship to Israel: Senators Jim Risch and Jeanne Shaheen, the chairman and ranking member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee; and Congressmen Brian Mast and Gregory Meeks, the top two members of the equivalent House committee. All four are committed neocons. Collectively they’ve taken millions from the Israel lobby. In 2015, Brian Mast traveled to Israel to volunteer for the Israeli military. In 2023, Mast showed up in the House of Representatives wearing an IDF uniform. It’s hard to imagine any of them hesitating before sending more free bombs to Israel. Only public outrage can stop this.
