That’s because Congress has strayed from serving the public to serving themselves. It’s no longer a system that serves as a check & balance for public policy …it’s merely a platform for political self-entitlement & self-enrichment.

Reasonable assumption …..🤷🏼‍♀️🤔
Do you think it’s worse than Watergate by chance because of who happened to have a hand in both…who happened to have legal influence and is also a Democrat? I mean….zero accountability and an untouchable last name will lead people to do some wild stuff…..

Please watch - it deserves your attention!
This whistleblower described unaccompanied children screaming, begging & clinging to the contractors who were paid by the Biden Admin to deliver them to their “families”. They were under orders not to engage with the children but were so disturbed they filed official reports with their supervisors. Joey was one of those supervisors & he was told to keep his mouth shut. He is speaking out because he is haunted by these reports & the horror of realizing the US govt was trafficking children. Where is the outrage from the open borders crowd? How come they care so much about “immigrants” but not about their children who come across the border to be handed off to people listed as a family member or parent, yet they have never met? If you are ignoring this because it makes Democrats look bad, shame on you.

I’m struggling on this fallout & wonder if I’ve given this a fair assessment? @GenFlynn has always seemed respectful and supportive of Trump but understandably furious with what transpired in prior administrations and eagerly awaits accountability. He has never seemed to bully anyone into believing a certain narrative; rather, he’s laid out information for people to interpret and decide for themselves. He encourages people to do their own research and always ask questions when things don’t add up. @dbongino is equally supportive and respectful of Trump but seems to have an “agree with me or hit the highway” mentality. Perhaps even egotistical with a blatant refusal for constructive criticism. He was equally a huge advocate for Epstein and J5/J6 transparency and even suggested he felt there was a lot the government wasn’t telling us. Then he joins the FBI and something changed. We are all free to change our minds/positions on issues…..but rather than admit that he could have previously overhyped the circumstances or just been wrong, altogether, he come back into podcasting seemingly changed. Veiled criticisms and statements with zero context and anyone that dared question him is now (insert whatever the term is we’re using this week). For me, there’s a clear indication of who has/hasn’t maintained their own convictions here. Having said all of this, I can only base this upon what I’ve read/listened to firsthand but remain fully cognizant that there is a LOT of information I don’t know and will never be privy to. Just trying to decipher what/who is/isn’t real.

I’ll be completely honest….someone needs to soak the wheels of “Justice” in some WD-40 because TIME IS LOST; NOT GAINED. Every single day we wait for the wheels of justice to spin, more injustices are done - and the issue exacerbates without any legal remedy to the accumulated effect.
Either charge him or STFU. We’re sick of the strong tweets and empty threats.

Jack Smith…blah blah blah…. Jack’s conduct wouldn’t be an issue if the legal system didn’t allow it. Period!!

I’ve learned that most (not all) lawyers accept the misconduct within the profession because it offers them financial security….sadly.

Checking to see whether the American Bar Association has a X account….because the shit they let run rampant within the profession is not only a disservice to society but willfully allowed….so much for preserving and promoting justice!
8
Lots of lawyers commenting on Jack Smith’s abuses….if opinions mattered more than action - I’d give you all an A+ ….but they don’t and we’re tired of your opinions. How about some action? Some legal advocacy? Or…any meaningful action? What are all you LAWYERS going to do about it?? Accept it, because that’s what you’ve been told to do? Not gonna fly.

Is there anyone actually happy with the dysfunction of Congress or think it’s capable of fulfilling its purpose? Not happy with either side but seems like it’s a one-sided process and hijacked by politicians from the American voters.

Explain why and how sanctuary cities are legal in the first place????
Sanctuary cities, soft on crime policies, and socialism. That's today's Democrat party.

Well, well, well, what do we have here @CNN? This wouldn't be you actually censoring a sitting President of the United States and calling him a liar for all of the public to see, now would it? You deserve everything you're getting. I hope you never step foot in our White House again while he's still in office.

Government does NOT solve problems. It builds off of them. It is what sustains the “need” for them.

🙌🏻 Amen to this and exactly why there is so much dysfunction and corruption within Congress and our legal/justice system.

A government by the people for the people and of the people, cannot be a government of the people without the government having accountability to the people. It's an oxymoron. Immunity must be abolished and accountability established for America to survive

Courage in the flesh. To every patriot who believes in a just rule of law, please get the word out on this new development led by @JeffClarkUS thank you!
🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 Alert -- Critical announcement: Under the banner of The Oversight Project, I am opening a new law firm that I will lead to combat government weaponization of all types, but especially abuses of congressional and state legislative branch oversight, perversion of bar discipline processes, and securing the dismissal of bogus criminal indictments. We already have a small team of dedicated lawyers with Article I, Article II, and/or Article III branch experience at the federal level and state government experience as well. You would join them and me in this important effort to turn our country around. We will be expanding our size and footprint significantly. So, if you're a lawyer at any stage of your career, who is patriotically and publicly spirited and who is fed up with Lawfare, Barfare, Weaponization, and efforts to turn The Law into mechanized Marxism on the move, and who wants to see the legal system reformed to consign that nonsense as quickly as possible to the discarded refuse and circular files of courts, bar administrative apparatuses, and regulatory agencies, as appropriate, please review our announcement here: itsyourgov.org/jobs/attorney Please send your resume and a cover letter to: Admin@ItsYourGov.Org It's time the conservative and populist movements had their own dedicated law firm instead of watching cancers on our dear Republic -- like the 65 Project and LDAD and anything within two concentric circles of Norm Eisen or Marc Elias -- grow and metastasize. Join us! @ItsYourGov @MHowellTweets 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

Yesterday, the Left made it clear that they don’t care about the rule of law and are okay with delegitimizing the Supreme Court in order to push their radical agenda.
.@RepDerekSchmidt is exactly right. Turning the Supreme Court into a political football undermines the Court's ability to perform its unique and critical constitutional function.

Must Read: Democrats’ court-packing strategy could be the death of democracy “The larger it gets, the less effective the court will become. Soon, there will be no checks on the other branches of government, and we will be well on the way to the end of democracy in America.” washingtontimes.com/news/202…

If the California legislature actually had the PEOPLE’S interests in mind, they would’ve passed the Stop Gavin Newsom Act instead of the Stop Nick Shirley Act.
