So awesome to see feedback like this from someone else's perspective
Just had the opportunity to play void inc by @samtechcoded I can’t believe the demo ended there! What a cliffhanger! Honestly the amount of detail was insane. Man what a game that will be when it’s out!

Thanks for playing man, awesome to see you enjoyed it so much. I think it's all those little details that matter the most, it's just going to get better from here!

Haha thank you, the characters were just placeholders till I finished them properly, they're all rigged but the clothes on them weren't scaling or anything and they look pretty crazy It's a game about a fish and chips shop

Last day of fixes Void Inc. Been a blur! Shout out to the playertesters, it's more valuable than you think; it's directly shaped the demo Importantly, I have finally found my marketing "voice" Despite ups and downs + so many doubts; it's coming together for Next Fest!

Not every day is good, sometimes you want to give up, sometimes every bit of advice people give you is negative and it's hard to see through it. But there are always better days ahead, just like everything else, you really have to work for them and cherish it.
Everyone good? We know things are tough out there right now. Indie games have never been an easy place to make a living, but lately it feels as though there is even more pressure. Developers trying to finish games, studios worrying about what comes next, artists and composers looking for work, publishers making difficult decisions, marketing teams trying to get games seen, and plenty of people quietly wondering whether all the effort is going to pay off. So, with the weekend nearly here, this is simply a message from us at IGD to say: look after yourselves. Switch off for a bit if you can. Step away from the build. Stop refreshing the numbers. Leave the emails until Monday. Play a game because you want to play it. Spend some time with the people who matter to you, get outside, have a lie-in, watch something rubbish, or do absolutely nothing productive. Whatever you didn't manage to finish this week will still be there. IGD has been around indie games for a long time, and one thing that has never changed is that behind every game, studio, project, trailer, press release and social post is a person. Sometimes things go brilliantly. Sometimes a game doesn't find the audience it deserves. Sometimes opportunities disappear, projects stall, money gets tight or you simply have a bad week. You don't have to pretend every week has been a good one. We're all part of the same corner of the games industry, so let's keep looking out for one another. Have a good weekend when it gets here. We're going to play some of the Indie Games we've bought and added to our library and get back to it fresh on Monday.

I think I'm ready, and with my timeline, I'm hoping to release before Feb next year so that'll be too late. Te advice about wishlists before is misguided, it shows demos randomly, not ranked on wishlists..a lot of people have gone from very little to gain more wishlists
