Key rotation is the wrong mental model for agent credentials.
An agent binding is a revocable grant, not a key. Compromise one agent, revoke it. No fleet-wide rotation at 2am.
Agents shouldn't hold keys at all. Does your stack allow that?

A Python social-auth library accepted VK callbacks with no signature check when auth_key was omitted. Failing open when the secret is absent means no real auth. Keep the key vault-side; the agent gets a policy gate, not a secret to skip. @thehackersnews @Unit42_Intel
