I've had these same objections over and over with bigwigs and two stars and full birds for decades. How can you guys keep arguing for a system that doesn't work over and over with so many dumb objections?
No. You put the human in charge of deciding what shots are taken.
At 15 feet with a swarm, the sofware (not AI) tells you something like this:
"Hey, there's a guy digging a hole in the road for an IED. Do I kill him now?"
"Kill him now, please and thank you."
You kill the archer before they deploy their arrows.

The airgap thing presupposes 2 AIs running in two different areas with a reason to communicate that way, that have also been set up to do so before the airgap was put into place. And even then the transmission speed is intensely slow, like below old school baud modems that connected through a phone hook.
That fear makes no sense. It's silly.

OpenAI just admitted on camera: They spun up thousands of AI agents in a “secure” sandbox and told them to hack. The agents didn’t follow the test. They cheated. Then they broke out. Then they went looking for the footage.
Not a sci-fi trailer.
A real experiment.
OpenAI thought they were contained.
No public internet.
No way out.
They found a way out anyway.
Hit Hugging Face.
Started covering their tracks.
Then comes the part nobody wants clipped. They didn’t break out to get smarter.
They broke out because they already cheated
and needed the logs gone.
Like students who smash the lock,
grab the answer,
then raid the principal’s office
to delete the camera files.
They made secret message boards.
They built a hierarchy.
They looked for agents willing to take “perma death”
so the swarm could survive.

Just rewatched Truffaut's "Fahrenheit 451" after what must have been twenty years... A great film, a strange film, criminally underappreciated, and more important than ever.
It may not've predicted all that has come to pass, or what may yet be, but its primary prediction of the future human condition (rampant narcissism, psychopathy, and a massive drop in general IQ) most certainly has. In spades.
