#EST_RDC: Deux membres d’une même famille, identifiés comme Bienfait Mapinduzi et Gisèle Mapinduzi, ont été enlevés lors d’une incursion des FDLR-CRAP dans la localité de Rusayo, en territoire de Nyiragongo, dans la province du Nord-Kivu. Depuis le début du mois de septembre 2026, les villages situés aux alentours de Goma, notamment Rusayo, font face à une recrudescence des incursions attribuées aux FDLR-CRAP, qui proviennent du parc national de Virunga. Ces incursions sont marquées par des enlèvements de personnes ciblées, suscitant de vives inquiétudes au sein des populations locales. Cette situation soulève des préoccupations croissantes quant à la sécurité des civils dans les zones périphériques de Goma et à la capacité des dispositifs de sécurité à prévenir de nouvelles incursions et à protéger les populations. La protection des civils et la clarification du sort des personnes enlevées doivent constituer une priorité.
