Whoever came up with this deserves a standing ovation. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ โ€œStop the bungsโ€ with Count Binface standing on the beach while Nigel Farage rows away in a boat full of cashโ€ฆ satire doesnโ€™t get much better than this.

How embarrassing for you. You should be talking about Labourโ€™s achievements of the past two years, not undermining the PM.

This more mileage. If only the press weren't so right leaning. Where is HMRC in all of this?
1/ Laure Ferrariโ€™s company, Baxter Laois Limited, showed ยฃ11,006 in net liabilities on 31 October 2024. Eleven days later, she bought an ยฃ885,000 house in cash. Hereโ€™s the full picture. ๐Ÿงต 2/ Baxter Laois Ltd (Companies House 09805308). Sole director and shareholder: Laure Ferrari. Started life in 2015 as LF Consultancy Services Ltd, renamed 2022. It handles management consultancy and wholesale of alcohol โ€” the vehicle for Farage Gin. 3/ The balance sheet trend is clear: Oct 2021: +ยฃ10,800 net assets Oct 2022: +ยฃ10,528 Oct 2023: -ยฃ6,789 Oct 2024: -ยฃ11,006 One employee: herself. Micro-entity rules meant no need to file turnover, salary or dividends. 4/ Every registered office tells its own story: Serviced London address, Then 1 Darwin Villas, Westerham, listed as Farage's own correspondence address on Companies House. Then 57a Broadway, Leigh-on-Sea โ€” shared with Farage Media Ltd and his old company January 2026: moved to an accountantโ€™s office in Clacton-on-Sea, his constituency. 5/ On 11 November 2024, Ferrari bought Orchard House, Turpins Lane, Kirby Cross, Frinton-on-Sea (Title EX38068). ยฃ885,000. Cash. No mortgage. Sole owner. 6/ Explanations so far: Farage first said he bought it, then admitted he โ€œmisspokeโ€ โ€œVery successful French familyโ€ (BBC found her fatherโ€™s haulage firm liquidated in 2020 with more debts than assets; parents in a modest ~ยฃ300k flat). To Le Monde (5 May 2026): โ€œYes and noโ€ฆ that would be a very large inheritance from my grandmotherโ€ฆ Thereโ€™s more than one way to pay for a house.โ€ 7/ Director of a company in negative equity. Cash purchase of a big Essex house days after the accounts date. Family wealth claims that donโ€™t fully add up on public record. Three stories. Still no clear answer. Who paid for the house?

And journalists and news channels still refuse to look into all this. Wonder why?
1/ Nigel Farage told Sky News and LBC he had "bought a house in Clacton." Land Registry says otherwise. 2/ Orchard House, Turpins Lane, Kirby Cross, Frinton-on-Sea. Four bedrooms. Heated swimming pool. Purchased 11 November 2024. Price paid: ยฃ885,000. Source: HM Land Registry, Title EX38068. 3/ The registered proprietor is not Nigel Farage. It is Laure Ferrari. Sole owner. No mortgage. Cash purchase. 4/ Farage later said he "misspoke." He says Ferrari funded it independently from her own family resources. He says he gave or lent her nothing. 5/ What the Land Registry also confirms: no charge registered against the property. No lender. No mortgage. ยฃ885,000 in cash, in November 2024, four months after Farage was elected MP for Clacton. 6/ Had Farage been named as co-purchaser, the additional dwelling surcharge would have applied. He owns investment property through Thorn In The Side Ltd (Companies House 07650770). Estimated stamp duty saving by registering solely in Ferrari's name: ~ยฃ43,500. 7/ Christopher Harborne, the Thailand-based crypto billionaire who has donated more than ยฃ12m to Reform UK, gave Farage a personal gift of ยฃ5m in early 2024. Farage says it was for personal security. The Conservatives today referred him to the Parliamentary Standards Commissioner. 8/ A new MP was required to declare all political donations and gifts received in the previous 12 months upon taking his seat. Farage did not declare the ยฃ5m. 9/ The ยฃ5m gift. The ยฃ885,000 cash house purchase four months later. The sole registration in his partner's name. None of it appears in any company filing Farage has ever made. The Parliamentary Standards Commissioner will now decide what questions need answering. Source: HM Land Registry EX38068. 1/ A Companies House investigation into the company that donated ยฃ200,000 to Reform UK. Interior Architecture Landscape Limited. No accredited architects. No named clients. Unaudited accounts. Two unexplained reclassifications. HMRC winding-up petition. Two strike-off actions. Full piece: theverifiedreceipts.substackโ€ฆ 2/ The company donated ยฃ200,000 to Reform UK across seven payments โ€” June to August 2025. At the time it owed ยฃ185,741 in unpaid tax and held ยฃ22,000 cash. Source: Electoral Commission. Companies House. 3/ The accounts contain two documented instances where prior year figures don't match previously filed accounts. 2019/2020: ยฃ199,000 discrepancy. 2024/2025: ยฃ282,066 discrepancy. No explanation provided in either case. 4/ The director's previous co-director Richard Darby went on to work for HP Trust โ€” the Ghandehari family office that funded Farage's Davos pass. During his time as director, a similarly named company was incorporated at the same address and struck off with no accounts filed. 5/ Every fact sourced to Companies House, Electoral Commission, OCCRP, FT, Guardian and Sunday Times. @liambyrneMPs has requested a formal Companies House probe. Reform the party for the millionaires doesn't mind where the money comes from.
1/ Reform UK presents itself as the party of law and order, accountability and anti-establishment values. Let's look at who's actually in their orbit. A thread. 2/ George Cottrell. Convicted of wire fraud in the United States. Described by Nigel Farage as "like a son to me." Travels regularly with Farage. Linked to millions in Trump Polymarket bets. Source: US Department of Justice. Protos. 3/ Ben Delo. Co-founder of BitMEX. Pleaded guilty in 2022 to willfully failing to implement anti-money laundering programmes. The DOJ described BitMEX as "in effect a money laundering platform." Paid $10 million to US regulators. Pardoned by Donald Trump in 2025. Now moving to the UK specifically to bankroll Reform. Source: US DOJ. CFTC. 4/ Sasan Ghandehari. Iranian-born billionaire. His $10 billion family office HP Trust paid for Farage's Davos trip โ€” delegate pass and hotel costs. The WEF listed Farage as an HP Trust adviser since 2018. Farage denied it. Source: Financial Times. The Guardian. January 2026. 5/ Interior Architecture Landscape Ltd. Donated ยฃ200,000 to Reform in two tranches. Confirmed clients of the Ghandehari family. Struck off Companies House on 31 March 2026. Source: Electoral Commission. Companies House. 6/ Jack Denny. Selected as a Reform UK parliamentary candidate in Leicestershire. Previously convicted of possessing indecent images of children and fraud โ€” falsely claiming over ยฃ17,000 in expenses from the prison service and police. Source: Court records. Dorset Eye. March 2026. 7/ Reform 2025 Ltd โ€” the party's corporate entity โ€” has no Person of Significant Control declared at Companies House. Farage and Tice were simultaneously removed as PSCs on 19 February 2026. Source: Companies House. 8/ This is the party that campaigns daily on law, order and accountability. Every claim in this thread is sourced to public record. As always.

I'm suddenly recieving friend requests from people who all seemed to have accounts that started in July. Looks like a lot of bots. Anyone else having this?

Spot on
A reminder that Sadiq Khan won three elections in a row by large majorities against Conservative opponents, one of whom, Shaun Bailey, was then given a seat in the House of Lords for life. Funnily enough I don't remember the Daily Mail describing that as a "reward for failure"
