She entered the US to pursue an MS at Texas A&M Corpus Christi in 2023 and graduated in December 2025 and falsely claims she has 7 years of experience. She has deleted her MS degree from LinkedIn to pad resume with fake experience. Too bad she appears in TAMUCC’s December 2025 Commencement Program.
Her fake resume includes:
• Software Engineer (Remote) Big Lots in Ohio 2020-2021
• Software Engineer (Remote) at BJC HealthCare in Missouri 2021-2023
This is impossible as she was pursuing her undergrad in India until 2023.
• Senior MainFrame Developer (Hybrid) at Morgan Stanley in New York 2023-2024
• Senior Software Engineer (On-Site) Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina January 2025-Present
This is also impossible as well as she was studying at TAMUCC with F1 visa work restrictions. And impossible to commute to two different states with hybrid and on-site work arrangements while studying in Corpus Christi as a full-time student. Also if she is on H1B/OPT/STEM OPT, she can only work for one employer, so how is she working concurrently at both Bank of America and Fiserv?

🚨 INSTACART JUST AGREED TO PAY $5 MILLION OVER DISCRIMINATION AGAINST AMERICAN WORKERS.
The DOJ and EEOC uncovered evidence of discriminatory hiring practices tied to the PERM green card process.
Here’s what investigators found:
• American applicants had to physically MAIL their applications.
• Instacart’s normal hiring process accepted online applications.
• Many American applicants were not considered in time.
• Investigators found evidence of preference for temporary visa workers.
The settlement includes:
$4 MILLION for affected applicants.
$1 MILLION in civil penalties.
And here’s the bigger story:
The PERM process is supposed to test whether qualified American workers are available before sponsoring a foreign worker for a green card.
What happens when the hiring process itself is stacked against Americans?

This is incredibly disrespectful. Issues between black and white Americans whose families have been here centuries have nothing to do with him, nor any other foreigner. Foreigners should really stop trying to attach themselves to our history.
Racism has been part of history for far too long. Black people suffered generations of racial discrimination, and today, Indians are increasingly facing racism and hatred in different parts of the world.
The sad part is that instead of learning from history, some people keep repeating the same mistakes with a different target. Yesterday it was one community; today it’s another.
You cannot demand respect for your own people while denying it to others. History should teach us to break the cycle of racism, not find new people to direct it toward.

Case update from @FBIMiamiFL: A Kansas CEO and owner of an internet platform was sentenced yesterday to 19 years in prison for his role in operating a platform that generated false doctors’ orders and prescriptions to defraud Medicare and other federal health care benefit programs out of more than $1 billion.
According to court documents and evidence presented at trial, Brett Blackman and his co-conspirators aggressively targeted hundreds of thousands of Medicare beneficiaries across the United States to get them to accept medically unnecessary orthotic braces and other items. They then arranged for purported telemedicine doctors to sign bogus prescription orders for these items so that their co-conspirators could bill Medicare for them.
