He was wearing a dark sweatshirt and riding a black scooter with red markings. 📞 If you know who he may be, please call PPD at 401-272-3121. Investigators are urgently trying to identify him and locate a parent/guardian.

🚨 COLLEGE STREET CLOSED College Street is currently closed due to an active fire at 234 Benefit Street. Crews remain on scene, and the fire is nearly extinguished. There are no reported injuries. The cause of the fire is not yet known. North Main Street remains open.
