Federal agencies paid out $2.9 billion last year through the Judgment Fund, a taxpayer-funded blank check. I introduced the CLEAR Act to show taxpayers exactly who collects that money and end the secrecy that protects sue-and-settle schemes.

My ROUTE Act removes this barrier by allowing 18 to 20-year-old CDL holders to operate on limited interstate routes, opening the door for more young Americans to build a career in trucking.
