A wonderful story. Well done!!👏👏
Last night — right before packing up at the York State Fair — a woman came over to our voter registration table. She’s 51 years old & has never voted in her entire life (born in 1975). So, I took out a voter registration form, filled it out for her, & had her sign. She took a form for her husband, who hasn’t voted since he was 18. I asked her, “Why now? Why did you choose to register today?” She said, “Because I saw people excited about voting.” So, when people tell me that voter registration doesn’t matter, I can tell you with certainty that it most definitely does. Showing up, meeting people where they are, & investing your time matters — showing you give a darn matters.

My book was translated and published in The Netherlands and Belgium on June 10, 2020 during the COVID lockdown. I did some interviews virtually from my Los Angeles apartment, and one at an empty hotel with two photographers wearing masks, 6 feet away from me. As I am fluent in Afrikaans, I could converse with them, although they spoke English well. I have wonderful memories of modeling jobs I’ve done in Amsterdam. So sad that I couldn’t go to the Netherlands or Belgium to promote my book. Those were weird times. #EenVrouwMaaktEenPlan #ItsGreatToBe78 Now😉

I am so happy my Russian publisher has renewed my current book. Спасибо @BomboraBooks They were the first country to publish my book on May 25, 2020. This was during the Covid lockdown!!! I didn’t know translators and printing houses were open in other countries. That was a huge and wonderful surprise. I also did something brave, a photoshoot during Covid in an empty Grand Central and lying down in the street of New York City as there was no traffic 🥺😂😂 #AWomanMakesAPlan #ItsGreatToBe78

So sad that many people won’t celebrate their 90th birthday with children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, like my mom did. My parents’s first born slept in an apple box as they couldn’t afford a crib. When I had my first baby, we were in a small apartment overlooking a garage and couldn’t afford any luxuries like eating out. However I was overjoyed with having an adorable baby. And then two more. Have children!

Dear Founders, Happy 250th birthday to your great masterpiece, the United States of America. Thanks to your courage and ingenuity, you created a place that allows our citizens to speak their mind freely, to imagine the impossible, and the desire to make those dreams real. You gifted us the freedom to have the opportunity to discover what we’re capable of, and the choice to reach our full potential. Your founder energy is alive and well, and you’d never believe the great discoveries, inventions, and achievements that have taken place since your quill landed on that parchment. Because of you, America is still winning long after Cornwallis’ white flag. With love and admiration, Joe Gebbia U.S. Chief Design Officer July 4, 2026 PS: Thank you also for one of the most enduring and celebrated brand icons in human existence: 🇺🇸

ALS is a neurodegenerative disease that gradually and relentlessly takes away bodily functions, such as the ability to speak. With Neuralink, we aim to restore the voices of those who have lost them.
Meet Brad @ALScyborg, the third person in the world to receive a @neuralink brain implant. Brad lost his voice to ALS. Neuralink has given that back, and with it, the ability to reconnect with his loved ones.

Vote FOR @elonmusk. The award is only achieved IF he hits exceptionally ambitious market-cap and operational milestones—if he falls short, he gets nothing. If he succeeds, shareholders will win big through unprecedented value creation, and he will earn added voting rights to continue driving @Tesla's long-term vision.

FSD slowed down unexpectedly when I was driving in the dark tonight. Then I noticed a kid wearing all black crossing the road right in front of me in a 45 mph zone. I think I would’ve stopped in time without FSD, but I can’t imagine the grief that could’ve resulted if I hadn’t. FSD saves lives.

It’s not about “compensation”, but about me having enough influence over Tesla to ensure safety if we build millions of robots. If I can just get kicked out in the future by activist shareholder advisory firms who don’t even own Tesla shares themselves, I’m not comfortable with that future.
