These are not law enforcement officers, they're security, and they had no right to go up and try to take the citizens property! He defended himself from theft and had every right to! Security started it...
They assaulted the old guy first. Grabbing his property he can then defend himself. Two vs 1. Fucking cowards. And to shoot a gun? Arrest these criminal security guards.
He was there to talk about them putting hands on the public and they put hands on the public right during the meeting.. When he put his hands on the guy talking, that was assault and he assaulted him back probably a little bit too much.
And not a single one of those council members saw what was wrong with their security staff doing what they did. This highlights how little they care about your constitutional rights, your human rights or just you in general. They care about being in a position of “power” pathetic
Old from 2015 in Ohio , dude got 16 months, security got their ass kicked and they resigned. Security fired their weapon intentionally because they were getting a whopping from a grandpa.
That security or man walked into the room out of nowhere. The man was filming after approaching a woman to get a badge number on tape. She cried, “you touched me.” The security or man walked into the room grabbed the other man’s camera out of his hands to provoke the entire incident that occurred. Gun shots should NOT have been aimed at this innocent man with the camera wrestled to the ground by a bunch of wannabe cop thugs! It was ALL caught on tape!
Corporate BS!
This cop thinks he's so much more important than the people he is supposed to be working for
He believes this guy will spend his life in jail for NOT taking the abuse the cop was dishing out
Back the blue until they tried to murder you
You know that cops gonna lie out his ass until he realizes he's being recorded
I don't understand why two men came in and 1 went directly to grabbing the guy or things attached to the guy without saying anything? It seems like that was the instigating circumstance? Then when the other man defended himself and his property, the armed man actually fires his weapon in a room full of people. Totally avoidable. Don't grab other people.
The video is from a July 9, 2015 Richland County commissioners meeting in Mansfield, Ohio. The man in that clip, Michael Skidmore, went to prison.
He was charged with two counts of felonious assault plus inducing panic, obstructing official business, and two misdemeanor assaults.
On July 27, 2016, a judge sentenced him to 16 months in prison.
These council meetings are absolutely ridiculous. They think they are above the law and the constitution. Security had no right to touch him. He wasn't doing anything illegal.
The security guard had no right to walk up to the old man and grab his camera he's a complete idiot and should be in jail for assault and starting the whole scuffle.
Did he just shoot an unarmed man ? Kmsl spend your life in jail for biting a security guard? What cop in his right mind fires his weapon in a room full of people cause an unarmed man is whipping his a$$ ?
