Ayatollah Mohsen Heydari, a member of Iran's Assembly of Experts, in an interview with Al Araby: Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei was wounded during the February 28 attacks on the leadership office. Once it became known he had been hospitalized, three separate hospitals in Tehran were bombed. He was inside the third one when it was hit and was pulled out from under the debris. Heydari said the Assembly of Experts later received information that Khamenei is in good health, meets the religious and managerial requirements of the post, and remains fully capable of leading the country.
