BEFORE YOU BURN THE HOUSE I keep hearing people talk about civil war like it’s weather coming over the ridge. “Burn it down! Let the whole thing break! Start again in the ashes!” Reckless words from folks who still have a ballot sitting on the table. Before you speak of rifles, use the piece of paper men once crossed oceans and battlefields to earn. If you curse the Republic as dead, make damn sure you showed up while it was still breathing. There’s nothing martial or noble about surrendering early. A warrior doesn’t abandon the wall because the night is long. He holds until holding is impossible. He also spends every round before drawing the blade. And exhausts every lawful avenue because once blood answers politics, nobody controls what comes next. Honor demands you MUST vote. Not because voting is sacred. Because war is. If the darkest hour comes, let your conscience be clean enough to say you held the line until the line itself was gone. War is the last argument of a people who have already spent every other word. So, have you?

It's insane to me that some people are going to vote for the politicians who created all their problems, just to spite the politicians who are fixing their problems...because they're fixing them slower than they'd hoped. Elections have consequences, people. Trust me.

This is still the United States of America. It shouldn't be that when you walk out your door in the morning, you just have to agree in assent and accept the fact that you're going to be on a Flock camera morning, noon and night

He Wanted Michigan Locked Down. Now He Wants Your Senate Seat. @AbdulElSayed looked into a camera and said there was no question. If he were governor he would shut Michigan down. Gyms. Restaurants. Casinos. Indoor sports. He said the shutdowns already worked. He praised Whitmer for locking people in their homes. Then he blasted her for not doing it again. Michigan already paid that bill. Shops closed. Kids lost school. Families were kept out of hospital rooms. People died alone. Florida stayed open. The sky did not fall. Even Whitmer later admitted they were working with bad information. Lockdowns did not beat the virus. They wrecked lives. Now he wants to represent Michigan in the United States Senate. Look at who funded him. His campaign took more than one hundred thousand dollars from CAIR tied donors. His father in law sat on the CAIR Michigan board. Texas designated CAIR a terrorist organization. Florida’s governor did the same under state law. That is the record. He is backed by an organization that does not have America’s best interest at heart. Do we really want someone who believes this to represent Michigan. I am a hard no. Do not hand Senate power to the man who wanted this state closed. 💪🏽🫡🇺🇸

This is what “the polls” look like when they want you to stay home. A new survey just dropped with Abdul El-Sayed up 7. All through the primary, the general-election matchups had Mike Rogers beating him. He wins the primary — and suddenly we’re supposed to believe Michigan flipped 10 points in two weeks. Voters don’t change their minds that fast. These are suppression polls. The point is to tell Republicans nationwide the race is over so they don’t turn out. Don’t take the bait. Michigan Voters - this NEEDS to be addressed as it matters to all of us!

In the big picture, this is a battle to prevent MI SoS Jocelyn "we will come for you" Benson from covering up her manipulations of voter history data in the state Qualified Voter File. Why is this important? Less than 5 years after the 2020 election, there were 499,850 fewer voters than ballots cast in an election reportedly decided by 154,188 votes despite a statutory requirement to maintain voter history data in the QVF for 5 years. Voter history data (who voted, how they voted) for any given election under Benson changes every single month. It should NEVER change once voter history data captured in poll books has been uploaded by local clerks. Heck, Civil War veteran from Flint, Jason Lemoyne Daniel, is still on the voter rolls and eligible to vote in Michigan as he reportedly did in the 2020 election at the ripe old age of 170 years old. Something is clearly amiss in the MI Secretary of State office. Local election officials maintain the ACTUAL record of voters who receive ballots including timestamps and methods of voting. Benson instituted a rule to codify her practice of ordering the deletion of the local records maintained by the clerks. Clerk McQueer challenged that rule via a lawsuit. If Clerk McQueer prevails, the voter history audit trail will be preserved. If Benson Prevails, meaningful election audits to which we are entitled under the MI Constitution will be impossible to execute. According to Muslims I have interviewed, Islam is a civilization and not a religion. It is a political ideology that governs every aspect of your life. Hiding behind freedom of religion allows this civilizational ideology the cover to operate & build parallel societies within your own borders. Sharia law is the supreme law of the land acc to the Q’uran - so where does that leave the constitution? The rights we enjoy as women in the west do not exist under the Islamic legal system known as Sharia. So why can’t women speak up & say they do not want to live like that in their own country? When I travelled & worked in the Islamic world, I followed their rules. Their country, their way. But now it is here in the U.S.. So what happens when a political ideology that seeks to overthrow the law of this land gets enough people in power to start changing the laws? What happens when everyone in the food chain has to be replaced by a Muslim so the meat/food can be properly regarded as “halaal”? What happens when a foreign civilization operates acc to their own financial rules, legal system, customs, traditions & beliefs & seeks to overthrown the existing legal system, customs, traditions & beliefs? What happens when mosques are used as forward operating bases and not as houses of worship? What happens when decent, faithful Muslim people are exploited & used as cover for political conquest? Do we ignore all those who have stated many times they will not stop until there is Sharia law & Islam in every home in America? Why are we slandered if we pay attention to those who admit publicly they want to turn the U.S. from a Christian nation into a Muslim one? And when Muslim people who don’t agree are targeted/attacked/murdered are we just supposed to ignore that too? What does it mean when the left & the media operate as enablers & allies for this political ideology to the detriment of those trying to preserve their constitutional rights as Americans? Do not allow bad people to turn the 1st Amendment into a weapon of conquest. These people want us at war with each other - don’t play into their hands.

BENSON ORDERED CLERKS TO DELETE ELECTION RECORDS. A CLERK SUED. BENSON ASKED A JUDGE TO THROW IT OUT. TODAY HE SAID NO. ON EVERY GROUND. THE CASE IN 30 SECONDS The electronic poll book is the laptop record of everyone who checked in to vote at your precinct. Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson's new state rule says clerks must DELETE it 7 days after the election is certified. Federal law says KEEP it 22 months. Destroying it early is a FEDERAL CRIME. My client, Bridgewater Township Clerk Michelle McQueer, asked the State which law to follow. ELEVEN MONTHS. NO ANSWER. So she sued. WHAT HAPPENED TODAY: - The Court of Claims denied the State's motion to dismiss. COMPLETELY. - The State said she waited too long. DENIED. The court: it "cannot fault plaintiff for waiting." The power to answer her "was completely in their hands." (pp 19, 21) - The State said she skipped the process. DENIED. The court: it "will not support defendants delaying in resolving the administrative proceedings and then fault plaintiff for filing suit." (p 19) - The State said a clerk can't bring this case in any court. DENIED. The court: she sued "to ensure that she ... complies with state and federal law and therefore will not be criminally charged." That's not the kind of case the State's cases are about. (pp 21-22) - And the order protecting her records STAYS IN PLACE. WHAT THE JUDGE WROTE: The State said criminal liability is "speculative" because DOJ hasn't prosecuted anyone yet. The judge, in Footnote 3: "The Court finds this contention to be quite remarkable and reckless." And Footnote 5: "Plaintiff's suit also could derivatively save the SOS from being criminally charged federally." READ THAT ONE TWICE. FROM THE HEARING, SEPTEMBER 16: - To the State's lawyer, first sentence: "Off the top, you lose on the laches." (p 5) - When Benson's lawyer argued the burden on the State: "You're arguing practicalities. But you know what? I have to comply with the law. I have to follow the law." (p 11) - On calling out the State's specious claim that a clerk can't bring this case: "I'm with you on that. You're right." (p 16) - The State's own lawyer, on the record: "You're not going to hear a merits argument from me." (p 11) WHAT'S NEXT: The State now has to defend the rule on the merits, which it has AVOIDED SINCE THE START. Benson's lawyers promised in court to issue rulings on her requests within two weeks. Once those land, both sides file, and the judge decides whether a state rule can order clerks to delete what federal law says to keep. ONE CLERK. TWO LAWS. A JUDGE WHO READS AND CARES ABOUT THE LAW.
