Incredible follow through in #ES_F. Per newsletter on Wednesday (and tweets here) 7716 reclaim was long trigger. My target was 7758-60. Hit. Then, we squeeze above as posted. Next was 70 (hit), 82 (hit), 7812 Plan: Ride runner. 7802, 7812, 7822 (huge test) next. 7770=support
We continue to push and trading done until tomorrow. Just ride runner in #ES_F Today's plan was simple: 7716 Failed Breakdown was long trigger. Targets were 7740, then 7758-60 to backtest yesterday's breakdown. We dipped there then recovered. 70 was next (hit), 7782, 7812 next

The promise of agentic AI is simple: less time spent managing tasks and more time focused on higher-value work. As Micron SVP & GM, Core Data Center Business Unit, Jeremy Werner explains, agentic AI runs on two compute stacks, not one. The GPU reasons and plans, while the CPU orchestrates actions. Technologies like KV cache keep AI context available, but growing context sizes and agentic workloads are driving memory needs far beyond reasoning alone. Learn more: bit.ly/4xN0UTo

Lots of scary talk in bonds these days, but it's mostly recency bias. Since 1960 the 10 year yield has averaged 5.8%. We're at 5% - below average. If you'd fallen asleep 20 years ago and woke up today you'd think nothing happened in the bond market the entire time. Ignore all the sovereign debt crisis talk. Inflation expectations are adjusting to something more historically normalized. Carry on.

I learned a ton from Dan Zanger from 1998-2004.
DAN ZANGER THE WORLD TRADER: •Dan Zanger is best known for turning approximately $10,000 into over $42 million. •This performance was achieved in less than two years, making it one of the most documented and respected trading records in modern market history. •His results were independently verified and later featured in Investor’s Business Daily (IBD). Early Trading Years •Zanger lost money consistently for many years. •He struggled with emotional trading, random entries, and lack of structure. •The major turning point came when he studied William O’Neil’s methodology, especially the book How to Make Money in Stocks. The Breakthrough Insight Dan Zanger realized one critical truth: Charts don’t lie. Price and volume tell the real story. From that moment: •He stopped predicting. •He stopped fighting the market. •He focused purely on high-probability chart patterns. The Zanger Trading Method 1. Pattern Selection •Tight consolidations (flags, pennants, bases) •Strong prior uptrend •Clean structure with minimal noise 2. Breakout Rule •Entry only at proper breakout points •No anticipation •No early guessing 3. Volume Confirmation •Breakouts must occur with significant volume •Often 50% or more above average •Confirms institutional participation 4. Risk Management •Losses cut quickly (usually 5–7% max) •Capital preservation comes first •No emotional attachment to trades 5. Focus •Only the biggest potential movers •Avoids lagging or weak stocks •Trades fewer stocks, but trades them well Psychological Shift (Before vs After) Before •Emotional decisions •Random entries •Overtrading •Hope-based holding After •Disciplined execution •Pattern-based entries •Risk-controlled trades •Rule-based exits

I have been saying this for a long time. World is changing. Basic economics, rates and what one learning is school is worthless. Burn the books. Not one company will slow down on ai. If they do their company is gine and worthless. W love to chat w you one day.
The presumption that the Fed raising short-term rates reduces inflation is predicated on the belief that higher rates reduce demand and investment. But what if higher rates don’t reduce demand and investment because the demand for intelligence and energy is unaffected by higher rates because winning the race for super intelligence has a near infinite ROI and the demand for compute will remain incalculable. Why won’t higher rates at this unique moment in history therefore lead to more inflation as interest costs are embedded in everything? And the problem is compounded as the more the Fed raises rates, the more inflation we will have and the more the Fed will need to raise rates further and so on. But what if the old models don’t apply to the current paradigm and the Fed is wrong? I think the Fed might have just made a mistake. Am I right or am I wrong?

OMG, UBS expects Memory to eat 64% of Hyperscaler Capex next year Memory spend goes from $369B in 2026 to $933B in 2027, while Capex goes from $1T to $1.45T Memory is more than 100% of the Capex raise That means everything that ISN'T memory shrinks next year, from $630B to $520B (wow) Three things I take from this: 1. This is a PRICE story, not a volume story. Hyperscalers aren't buying 13x more memory than they did in 2025, they're paying way more per bit. UBS has DDR prices up 341% this year alone 2. I'm seeing people on X point at $1.45T of capex and scream bubble. But more than all of the increase is landing with a handful of memory makers (Samsung, SK Hynix, Micron, plus the NAND players). That's not a bubble, that's the most extreme pricing power anywhere in the AI supply chain 3. It doesn't reverse soon either. UBS has 2027 DRAM demand growing 36% vs supply growing 19%, and Citi has DRAM prices rising EVERY year through 2031 (see my post below) The market seems to have stopped caring as much about Memory, as its consolidated for the last 3 months but I think Micron and the others are still a screaming buy here as the market wakes back up to these numbers I'm long $MU and if you want to see what else I hold in my portfolio you can check it out here: link.milkroad.com/t5837z Don't forget to give me a follow @kylereidhead for more insights on AI and markets
WOW! Memory stocks are going MUCH HIGHER Citi just forecasted DRAM prices rising EVERY year through 2031 That has never happened in the history of the memory industry. If Citi is right, the way the market prices memory stocks is flat out wrong Not only is this not cyclical, it's a structural change in prices that pushes Memory higher for at least 8 years straight Why is this happening? HBM, the memory inside every AI GPU, consumes roughly 3x the wafer capacity of standard DRAM per bit. As Micron, SK Hynix and Samsung convert their fabs to HBM, regular DRAM supply gets starved right as AI demand for it explodes too. Citi sees that supply tightness persisting until 2031 Bears will scream "cycle peak" at that deceleration in 2027. But look at what the numbers actually say: prices NEVER go negative. Not one down year through 2031 For 25 years memory was a commodity coin flip, massive up years always followed by brutal crashes (2019: -51%. 2023: -43%). Citi is forecasting the first 8-year stretch in industry history with zero down years. That's not a cycle anymore, that's a repricing And it flows almost straight to the bottom line for producers. Micron just posted the largest earnings beat in its history with 85% gross margins, and that was BEFORE the 242% year fully hits the income statement. Even more important to note that teh buybacks from this free cash flow haven't even started yet (coming in December) The market still values memory stocks like the crash is 18 months away, according to Citi's chart that's not happening I hold Micron in my Milk Road Portfolio, our analysts got our members in $MU below $400. We also hold a few other memory stocks alongside other ways to play the Ai infra build out. The average interest rate on a 30Y mortgage is up to 7.45%, its highest level in 3 years. This officially pushes the payment on a $500,000 mortgage to $3,479/month. By comparison, the same mortgage came with a payment of $2,995/month just 7 months ago. That's an additional $5,813/year in mortgage interest expense for homebuyers. Mortgage rates are now up +150 basis points since late-February.
It's official. As the bond market "meltdown" accelerates, the average interest rate on a 30Y mortgage in the US is up to 7.45%. That's up +150 basis points in 6 months and the highest since 2023, when inflation was at 6.4%+. What is happening? Let us explain. (a thread)

Why hasn’t moved is 2 yrs. Throw your charts they don’t work. …
$META this move is kind of ridiculous bro +40% in a month and +14% in a week on a Mag 7 multi trillion dollar company all it took was a normie version of open claw 😂 is anyone trimming? or selling calls? my only fear is the equity raise but we still don’t know if that will happen & if it does and we stay rangebound in the $750s, not a good enough reason to sell only reason to sell is if you see this going back to $680 but the vibez have shifted, zucks is being seen as the cool AI guy and people want to bet on his vision again hard to see this momentum get faded that easily vs a run to $800 which means maybe trimming here isn’t the best idea but +40% in a week at this scale could mean we give back some of the gains easily just due to how heavy this move has been fundamentals are just looking really, really strong and Muse doesn’t even have 100M users yet so the growth curve is literally just beginning for a potential new multi-billion user product

In Sam's private chat room smartertrading411.com yesterday, in a short post, I pointed out unusual options pricing for 9/25 $META 800 calls. I learned this from over 5 years watching and trading with Sam. Nothing fancy. No algos, no AI. No charts. Just plain and simple common sense and logic that said the market thinks $META is undervalued at current market pricing and will probably rise in price. 8 hours later, the stock had dropped to 721.50 and shook out all the weak hands that didn't understand what was going on. I too was a bit doubtful of my post and my rather large call position but realized that this was a knee-jerk reaction to Zuck not giving any real sustenance to investors to sink their teeth into. Many sold overnight. I held. Sam held. Today, we watched the remorseful buyers step back in and drive the stock price almost to 780 (+59 points from the low) and near the record AT highs. Tomorrow is a new day. The stock could drop to 500 or hit 900. You just have to know the numbers and understand your risk tolerance. (full disclosure: this is not investment advice. Do your own due diligence) 😁 Happy trading!

Last night, I predicted $META would be flat to down today following Meta Connect. The stock closed up 4.5%. What I missed was the significance of Zuck’s comment that Muse will be the centerpiece of Meta. That comment reveals Zuckerberg is in wartime CEO mode, willing to throw out the existing architecture and rebuild the company as an agentic, AI-first business. That drive raises the probability of success and lays the foundation for a re-rating of shares.
