CLARITY ACT: PUMP OR DUMP ON SEPTEMBER 15? 👀 CT is treating September 15 like the day the US finally gets crypto regulation. It’s not. September 15 is the first Senate test: a cloture vote + Motion to Proceed. 60 votes are needed. Republicans have 53 seats, meaning they need 7 Democrats to get there. And right now, zero Democrats have firmly committed to voting YES. If they get 60: → Senate debate + amendments → another 60-vote cloture → final Senate vote: 51+ → reconcile with the House → presidential signature Best case: late September / early October 2026. If they fail: • ≤3 vote gap: negotiations likely continue • >5 vote gap: unlikely to return in 2026 • 2027 = new Congress → process restarts from zero That’s why the current Polymarket odds for CLARITY passing in 2026 are only ~17%. So September 15 isn't the “crypto regulation day.” It's the day we find out whether CLARITY can even get onto the Senate floor. And that could be a much bigger catalyst than the final vote.
