You voted to confirm all three Democratic Supreme Court justices who reached a floor vote from 1997 through 2025. You voted to confirm Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson. You also voted to confirm Merritt Garland as Attorney General. Mr Garland went on to weaponize the DOJ and encourage lawfare against large parts of the conservative and religious right.
