States called for action in response to Israel’s genocide in Palestine and southern Lebanon, but rhetoric is not enough. What is missing: commitments to prosecute and arrest Israeli perpetrators and strengthen universal jurisdiction.
HRF does this work because states will not. We will continue pursuing perpetrators wherever they may be found.
